They had a bracelet to be repaired for three months. I was promised that as soon as their machine was repaired my bracelet would be repaired first. I finally went and picked it up. The final touch was they lost the piece of gold they were supposed to put back on. Now I get to pay even more to replace the entire catch which is antique and I have not found a replacement. I can’t believe these incompetents are still in business. I’ll never have anything to do with them again.

These people had my bracelet to be repaired for three months. after the second month they promised me as soon as their "machine" was fixed; my bracelet would be the first to be repaired. I finally just went and picked it up. These incompetents lost the piece they were supposed to weld back on. Brought in some rings and a bracelet that needed repair. They did a wonderful job repairing everything. Helped me pick out a necklace for my grandmother's pendant. It matches perfectly. Looked at some rings and ended up buying another ring. It needed resized. Beautifully done.

I have purchased numerous jewelry over the years and was extremely impressed with the work that was done for me. I wanted something different than what others had. And he made all of these. Attached are pieces that were made. I will continue to shop there. The prices are reasonable and the quality is great. Sorry if the pictures did not come out well.

They are sizing a ring for me. I'll let you know when I get it back. The first impression was great. The man put what he was working on down and came to help me right away. The couple were also very friendly.
