We rented a car from Hertz for 45 days. Picking up at the Atlanta airport was very straightforward and the employee at the counter was very friendly and accommodating.
Everything was easy when it came to dropping us off and Lisa Ashford drove us straight to the airport in her car. She is very competent sock her colleague Amber.
Thank you for the great welcome and the friendly takeover of the car.

Excellent service, very quick and easy at the time of check-in, the guy who helped me was very kind and explained everything very well. When picking up the vehicle everything was very quick and clear, it was also easy to find the company inside the airport! I loved the experience.

Make sure you always take pictures of the car, before and after. Even take videos. I noticed a couple of normal scratches on a tundra i rented. I received an email blaming me for the scratches, I literally drove the car from the airport to my home, put the car in the garage and back to the airport. Sounds like a good scam to me. Always check your vehicle!!!

Horrible scammers! Advertise availability when all other car rentals show sold out. Charge you up front, confirm your reservation then tell everyone at the counter they are sold out. Turned down 20 people with reservations. Then when I asked for a refund they told me to call Travelocity. Then they told Travelocity I didn’t show up and I had to fight for my refund. They could care less about honesty, integrity or their customer. Avoid at all cost!
