So, I go to this location almost every day due to my job and I always have the best experience. The people are so nice and knowledgeable. I especially had/have a great experience with Joy. She is literally the sweetest! Always smiling and very good at her job. Even though I'm only there for a few minutes each day, I look forward to seeing all of their smiling faces. Thank you Joy for living up to your name. You're a very kind and sweet person. You definitely bring Joy to my day.

My recent appointment to open a second business account with Wells Fargo was the absolute worst experience of my life. I went into this Wells Fargo to open a 2nd business account (which I’ve already had one there for years) and it immediately went bad. My appointment was set for Monday, April 15 at 10 AM and I arrived at 10:09 AM. I was immediately greeted by the bank representative who I was to have my appointment with and was told that we would have to reschedule our appointment. When asked why she informed us that we were More than 10 minutes late and that she could not see us. We informed her that we arrive at 10:09 AM and she disputed it saying that she saw us walk through the door at 10:11 AM. Immediately I was annoyed and felt she did not want do her job and service us from the get-go. We proceeded to her office after some pushback and her being told by her manager Lawanda Morton, to see us and proceed with opening our business account. Once we entered her office, we provided our business documents which included our operating agreement a copy of our EIN letter as well as our articles of incorporation. Once this information was presented, we were told by the bank representative that our Paperwork was not accurate . We pushed back and requested to see her manager who is Lawanda Morton. Once Lawanda enter the office she informed us that our paperwork was not accurate because we were not noted as the register agent on our business. I knew that this was not accurate information because I’ve opened previous bank accounts with Wells Fargo and most business owners do not have their personal information on their businesses. After five minutes or so of back-and-forth with the manager, we were not only humiliated, but also felt like, we were being refused service and left. This Wells Fargo location has horrible customer and incompetent employees who do not know company policies. Absolute worst customer service I’ve seen in the business. The next day we scheduled an appointment at another Wells Fargo location, and they opened up the bank account as well as gave us a line of credit with no problems . Lawanda Morton -bank manager definitely could use additional training on her bank products and additional training on policies

Makes no sense to have 2 bankers working and only one person behind the counter. Especially on a Friday afternoon! I was in line so long my Uber left me smh hottibly understaffed

They just left a customer hold everybody in the Drive-Thru line for almost an hour for issues that they should have made them come inside for and because you cannot get out of the line (no room) we just all had to sit there and be stuck so I'm late for work and I'm sure many others are late getting back to work too. I actually went inside and begged someone to do something and nothing was done! Customers were actually yelling out of their cars! 3pm on a Thursday!

I went in today and Tammy was exceptional. Is he was very patient, went over every detail regarding accounts , and she was an absolute sweetheart. Her professionalism and customer service were superb. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you Tammy!!

This is worst slowest bank I have ever been to. There is no sense of urgency what so ever. This is literally pathetic! There is one man that takes care of all the customers, while the others are doing absolutely nothing. Absolutely pathetic. There is literally 2 lady's walking around not doing a damn thing while 10 people have been in line for 20 minutes. Just throw the whole bank and staff away!!!!!!!

This is the worst branch of Wells Fargo. They don’t want your business and they act as if you annoy them. Never going to this branch again and I work in East Point...just sad!!
