Even though the signage says VERIZON, this is just an "authorized dealer," and they are absolutely no help when it comes to "verizon issues." Just drive the extra miles to an actual corporate store. This store ran out of sims and advised me to go to a target or a "corporate store." Do not go to a target for help just go DIRECTLY TO A CORPORATE STORE, they're "far," but you'll at least cancel out the "middle man."

I recently visited the Verizon store and had the esteemed pleasure of being assisted by Tock! His exceptional customer service left a lasting impression on me. Tock was not only knowledgeable about the products but also very attentive and patient. He went above and beyond to address all my queries. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the entire visit more like an experience. Kudos to Tock for providing exceptional service; he truly embodies the epitome of excellent customer care!

Save yourself some trouble and go to a corporate store. We felt like we were trying to be tricked multiple times into services or products we didn’t need. Set up fees for new phone were more expensive than a corporate store and I was not given the option to set up the phone ourselves to save on the set up fee like we have at Verizon stores in the past. A warranty that we did not agree to was tacked onto our iPad and we had to call Verizon customer service to have it removed. We were told we were “REQUIRED” to buy a new accessory with our new device (but only after already spending about an hour in the store working to get a new device set up). Associates were friendly enough, but it all kind of felt a little shady.

Visited this location for an upgrade on an existing line and the sales woman stated that customers are required to purchase 3 accessories with the purchase of a new phone. When she was told that the accessories were not needed she stated she could not upgrade the line. The accessories were an additional $200. This almost sounds illegal and very predatory.Had to drive 20 miles to another Verizon to upgrade the line. Will never visit this location again.

Carol took the time to listen to what I had to say. She understood I didn’t want an upgrade and did everything in her power to make sure my phone got fixed. Overall the atmosphere was good with everyone one in the store. When I do get a new phone I’m only seeing Carol!

Tock M. - Thank you for saving my day!Out of nowhere my phone bricked and I needed a new phone ASAP so I could catch a flight home. Walked into the store and gentlemen who I came to know as Tock immediately started helping me with my situation. He obviously knew what he was doing to get me into a new phone; without any assistance from my dead phone. Even when I ran into a snag with not being able to remember a password he was patient and we were able to find another option to get me going. Within an hour I was able to walk out with a newly loaded phone and head to airport to catch a flight out. Thanks again for saving my day, it was greatly appreciated!!

Each time I’ve come to Verizon, my experience has been memorable! But today Asa made my experience so great! He was very helpful and concise with the process and made sure I had everything I needed as a new Verizon customer :) He explained my bills and services offered to me to help me feel comfortable with the services i receive for the money i spend :)

I don’t do my phone upgrades myself with my Dad being in a different state, so I had no idea what I was doing. But Maya was really cool, helpful and funny! She helped me get the last iPhone Pro Max currently available in the store.

This place is scam. They trick you to accept a non existing promotion and after you leave the remove the promotion. They never applied the promotion they told me and just locked me in an expensive plan for 2 years. Do not believe anything they say it is privately owned so they will do anything to sell even if it is by lying to you. When you complain they will promise to call you but that is another lie to dismiss you. Also check your receipts before leaving they will try to overcharge you. They did that to me for a phone case charged me almost $70 extra. Beware guys
