Beware of the tactics being used by the business manager Dontae. I’ve been with Verizon for over 16 years and this is the first and worst experience I’ve had. After visitings this store several times, I was told by the sales people I could save a lot of money if I switch from consumer to a business account (lies) I set up the first appointment to meet with Dontae he never showed up, finally met him and over 4 hours later he convinced me to switch my 10 lines and add another line plus 2 internet boxes to get a big savings. I paid $190 in unnecessary fees, and was told he was going to get the manager to credit my account $200 (lies) I told him I didn’t need 2 internet boxes but he insisted I was going to save more money. He never got all my lines transferred therefore I received 2 bills. I took back one of the internet boxes that was never opened (still in the box and bag) I have the text of him telling me to drop it off at the store, I took it back on June 18 and gave it to Lynn. Verizon is yet to receive it and I’m being charged. He won’t respond to my calls or text, I tried giving him the opportunity to fix this problem because now my bill is nearly $200 more than what I was paying on the consumer side. . I can’t stand dishonest people, I will be taking this to corporate. Carolyn Neal

Buyer beware. This is NOT a Verizon store, I repeat, this is NOT a Verizon store it is Victra, an “authorized” dealer of Verizon and they are scammers. I didn’t realize this, but there are no prices listed on anything in the store. They use tactics to up-sale you by telling you the accessories are “included in your bundle” and that the total you’re paying is towards your phone when in actuality it’s all accessories. Go to Howell Mill or Midtown. DO NOT GO HERE. BUT If you still decide to go here after me telling you all this, ask how much everything is, ask to see the screen, and ask for your receipt.
Look Victra up on BBB this is an ongoing problem.

The customer service we received today from Asa was extraordinary. He was knowledgeable, kind, very helpful and friendly. It is truly the best experience we had in getting assistance with electronic products! He is a gem. Cherish him and treat him as the valued person he truly is!

Maya, the Indirect Sales Manager is amazing. She’s very patient as I’ve come to her twice with issues from being charged for a 5G box that I never received since Dec. 2023. She took the initiative to go above & beyond in assisting me with my credit back to the account even when I was annoyed & ready to leave Verizon for internet service. She’s absolutely astounding & top tier in her customer service ethic!!!! Highly recommended.??

I recently visited this Verizon store after a long week, hoping to resolve a few issues. Even though I arrived early, I had to wait a bit due to the customer in front of me, which was a bit frustrating. However, once it was my turn, the staff's professionalism and patience quickly made up for the wait. They were incredibly helpful, addressing one of my concerns right away with great efficiency.
Unfortunately, one of my issues couldn't be resolved at this location and required a visit to the corporate store. Despite this inconvenience, the team here did their best to assist me and provided clear instructions on what to do next. Their willingness to help and the effort they put in to ensure I was satisfied was commendable.
Overall, my experience at this Verizon store was positive. The staff’s dedication to customer service is evident, and their ability to handle problems patiently and professionally stood out to me. While I had to make an additional trip to the corporate store, the help I received here was valuable and appreciated. I frequent this location and will continue to do so, thanks to their reliable service and supportive staff. Four stars for a job well done!
