“This is probably the best auto service I have ever received. The staff was very professional and quick with their diagnosis for my car. I needed a new engine fan and the manage was able to order the part that day and had the car ready to go in less than 24 hours. They even did an oil change. The best part, the fees were not inflated, especially considering it’s in the middle of midtown. For women, the staff also did not make me feel uncomfortable in the slightest. Very good shop, I will definitely use their services again.”

“These are good folks here. I brought my car in for a headlight issue- they decided I’d be in better hands with a specialist and didn’t even charge me for looking it over. Nice and honest people- I’ll be back if another issue arises.
Btw you get there between 7:45-8AM ish, park nearby and stand in line to give them your key for drop off. They are first come first serve”

“I live in the neighborhood and have had Brian and the ITA team take care of all of my cars for 8 years. I have always found them to be honest and trustworthy.
On multiple occasions, Brian has given me advice about deferring repairs that were not critical or should be looked at by the dealer because they were indicative of defects. He has also helped us in an emergency situation where our workhorse family car had to get towed in and we were out of luck without it.
Their oil change prices are very fair.
Sometimes they can be difficult to get ahold of on the phone, but are always attentive if you pop in, or have the patience for them to call you back (likely at the end of their day).

“My AC will not work in my Honda Accord. I had somebody put in a new compressor, change the belt, and charge the freon. But my AC just blew hot air. Could not figure it out . But when I took my car to S&M Auto a mechanic by the name of Grenada took it apart and realize that, when my AC was put in, it was put in wrong, and one of the pins was bent. He was able to straighten the pin out and save me tons of money. I am taking my car back there if I have any more problems and I will suggest you do the same??”
