They’re friendly and personable, communicated clearly, made everything as easy as it could have been and the quality of their work is AMAZING! How long did it take? I dropped my truck off on Monday and it was ready to be picked up 4 days later on Thursday afternoon! This was a shock because I planned on having to wait a while for them to get some hard-to-find parts. They also did a fantastic job on my window tint that needed to be replaced, making sure that both windows matched perfectly. There is a really good reason that this shop is in the top 3 of the most highly rated shops in Atlanta. In fact, their customer service put the other “most highly rated shops” to shame. D & I is also a local business and not part of some national chain. This means owners who are present, hands on and personally stand behind the excellent work they do.I can tell you this, NO ONE will ever touch any vehicle I own if I need paint, bodywork, glass repair, wheel repair, window tinting, vehicle wraps, stereo/speakers or custom body parts installed. If anyone I know ever has a vehicle that needs some love, I will make sure they take it to the experts at D & I. I really wish that I had gotten them to replace my broken window because dealing with_____________ (rhymes with Apelight) was a total nightmare. These guys put the satisfaction of their customers FIRST and you will see the difference. To make things even easier, there’s an Enterprise Car rental right next door so dropping off and picking up was a breeze. I honestly can’t see why anyone would give them anything but a 5 star review.Trust D & I with your dream car, you’ll be glad you did.”
