I absolutely hate this location! This is my second time coming to make / print my business cards and it’s ALWAYS something . I have no clue as to why they have a young mix girl in the front that knows absolutely nothing and always has to ask someone else . Granted she might be new but this is my SECOND time coming back and she does the same thing Everytime . It’s either their computer is broke , the screen brightness is low ( how am I supposed to edit like that ) or y’all have to call customer service for something as little as rounding my corners ! NEVER AGAIN !!!!! 0/10

Absolutely terrible every time I go to the counter they seem to have over 20 orders ahead of schedule yet everyone in the back is hanging out on their phones. Managers are unprofessional do not know how to communicate with customers and seem to have no discipline towards coworkers.

I came in to take a passport photo and the woman got annoyed, rolled her eyes and sighed. I left and went to a cvs a few miles away. What was all that for and why would anyone service with someone like that?

I had a great experience with Nailah and Kiel in the print shop. So kind and patient. I noticed some customers were mean and impatient, forgetting they are working with human beings who deserve to be treated with dignity and empathy for all the drama we unload on them when we come late and want something printed immediately.

I use this place for my Ipostal mailbox and when I say highly unorganized I mean that. They don’t know where they put anything, too many hands on packages, telling me I have nothing when I know my stuff has been delivered and it’s been scanned in, i’m trying to be patient and there are only two people I prefer to deal with bc they know what they’re doing. I really just need this place to get it together.
