Patient and incredibly knowledgeable, Leon provided invaluable assistance that surpassed what I had anticipated from my visit. I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service he provided.

Terrible service, they are not friendly at all, they do not want to serve the customer in all the other stores, they are just the opposite, they are all friendly and they serve you with pleasure as it should be.

Rushed over after work to get swatches and the door is locked 15 mins early. Associate just looked through the glass when the door clearly says they close at 6.

For some reason the customer service at this location is horrid. I’ve been here 3 times. No one acknowledges you when you walk in. Even when you’re the only customer...The wait and long and during this last visit, The woman who rung me up had a huge attitude for no reason. I had the color sample in hand and handed it to her. She refused and made me read it out...I asked about the sheens and she just pointed to the back with no explanation. Won’t be returning to this location. Midtown and Fayetteville locations are great!

Yaira at the Camp Creek was an absolute pleasure! She was quite attentive and extremely helpful. Yaira is the true definition of superb customer service. I appreciate her warm smile, knowledge and friendly attitude.However Jaquan was the worst employee I’ve ever interacted with. Jaquan wasn’t assisting his coworker with any of the customers needs. Including Yaira wheeling out paint for customers and he just stood around and couldn’t answer simple questions.Jaquan prefers to sit in the office and gives you the impression that you are bothering him by being there. As a regional manager I definitely wouldn’t want him associated with my brand.

Wow. Came to this location since it's close to home. Arrived at 3:15pm, sign on the doors says "On break, be back soon". This location closes at 5pm. Off to a different paint store!!! Not even worthy of a star but this site forces you to give it a star in order to post.

the service in this store is very bad 4 people working 2 of them talking about personal things one of them on the computer and the other texting on cell phone after 3 minutes standing in front of them I asked them myself if they could attend me I never go back to this store
