Tawana was eager NOT to sale me anything from this store.
Finally, another employee step up and help.
Unfortunately tawana put something else in the computer and I got a complete different color.
Seems more you did it purpose.
Thanks for the response.
We already went back. Resolution buy more paint and take with me the paint that your employee made the wrong color.
Kind of slap in the face but I guess that is your customer service policy.

I just called at this for a gallon of paint to be match up with a color from duron and they made me hold up for 15 min for no reason and never answered. I called again and then i got hold on the call again immedietly without telling me. I called they third time same again. Then the forth they did answered but gave me a bad attitude on the phone and i had to repeat everything again what brand of paint and color i needed twice on the same lady. First a guy three times i bet the same lady. This is the worst store of all sherwin williams.I shouldnt have to get this worst wait and time plus attitude on a damn call.

Unfortunately, very bad service, they only see that you are Hispanic and they treat you terrible. I left that store truly disappointed.

Worst customer service I have ever received. The people who work here have no idea what they are doing. I walked in the store and got no help whatsoever. When I asked them about a certain paint color, they shrugged their shoulders. No words even came out of their mouth. Literally, they just shrugged their shoulders. I had to go online to find answers to my questions. I ended up leaving the store with nothing. I was the only person in the store and they could not even help me. They did, however, spend the entire time playing on their phones behind the counter.

The service here is by far the worst sherwin williams I've ever been to. I run a paint company and have several employees. All of my employees who visit this place all complain. The staff are all unfriendly. The color match is too bad. It's even more unkind if you take the paint I've already bought and ask for a color match. Why are all the people in this store so unfriendly? I would suggest that you carefully consult with the manager. When I went to this store, I never felt friendly. There are even times when I don't want to go to my business near this store because of this store. Because my place of business asks me to paint, and I have to go to this paint shop to get the paint done. I hope the staff are kind and the color match is good.

I was really disappointed today. I've been to many stores, but this was the first time I couldn't match the colors like this one. Also, I waited an hour for this. There weren't many people either. It was just to match the color. But unfortunately the colors didn't match at all

If I could give a zero I would give a double zero. I waited outside the store for 15 minutes due to the door was locked with no signage. A lady came to the door I'm thinking she's unlocking the door since she looked me dead in my eyes but to find out I guess she was checking to make sure the door was locked because when I went back to the door it was still locked. I waited another 20 minutes door still locked. I called before leaving no answer. This is very bad businesses and absolutely no service.

Monday 06/13/22 I live nearby and I have been coming here for a long time but today the lady who is there treated me as if I had asked for something and at the end of it all she kicked me out of the store very bad service
