Toliet out of order, must have been a long time out of order because of the way it is blocked. I am shocked shell usually straps their name from gas stations that do not meet requirements.

Too many issues with the pumps. Either it doesn't take cards or the whole system is down. Go to the Chevron across the street. This is where you get weed; across the street (Chevron) is where you get gas.

Although outdated, I don't think most realize that this business is located on Virginia avenue; it's a gritty part of east point. About a square mile or so off the exit has been sugarcoated enough to accommodate traveller's experience but it's also not the area to socialize, go for a walk or leave your car unlocked while going inside the store.

I went into the restroom at this shell station and there was a hole in the middle of the ladies room floor and i saw raw sewage in the hole. Really nasty!

We stopped in at this Shell to refuel the rental car before returning it to the Rental Car Center at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Pulled in, paid at the pump with a credit card, refueled, and we were on our way! #Shell

This place just tried ripping me off on lottery tickets. I brought 2 ten dollars scratch offs. I had the guy check them to see if they were winners. He said they were losers and threw them in the garbage. I asked for my tickets back beacause I had a feeling he was lying. He did not want to give them back. So he said let me scan again then he said I one ten dollars. I asked for printout and it was 15 dollars on the ticket. Just imagine all the other people that he screwed over especially elderly people. Very bad place. Do not buy lottery tickets here.

Selected grade 87 gas was charged for 93. Told manager or owner in station he said it was fault that I hit the wrong one. The pump selects 93 after you press 87. He probably does this to all the customers. Check your receipt if you get gas here.

Not safe - Don't stop here. In broad daylight my iPhone and computer bag with laptop stolen from rental car while getting gas. No one in the store cared. I will not be back. Do not stop - not safe in the daylight. I can't imagine what its like at night in the dark.
