Terrible. Selection usually sucks. I bought my kid shoes and the soles were literally falling off two weeks later. Tried to take them back and they wouldn’t take them because they worn.

I shopped at this Ross which usually has excellent selection but tonight when trying to return an item I had purchased from this location was met with an attitude by Victoria saying she could not take the item because they were men’s pants and not black as listed on the label. The black referred to was the label which was a Ralph Lauren black label and was a woman’s. The associate did not only not know woman’s clothing but apparently did not know how to conduct customer relations. I truly felt as if I were racially profiled and will tell everyone as well as corporate about my experience and will not return.

Ughhhhhh I wish I took a picture. Why is it a line of 40 people and only to register open. I’m super blowed. My phone died soon as I got up to the front. Came back in 10mins later and the line wait time of 1 hour plus.

The customer service at this location is pathetic. To treat a customer in such a way as to stereotype them is definitely a environment that I don't want to be a part of. I will not shop at this location again!
