I then was guided to select the appropriate envelope for my package and also helped by the executive to seal it for me. “I'm going to add on that this is an EXCEPTIONAL location! I had a horrible mess up printing some very important brochures with Staples, and it looked like I was just out of luck. I came into this location on a whim and not only did they stop and drop what was going on to help me, they did it in 15 minutes! Every person on the floor was weighing in and helping, and the manager was stand out superb. I'm a retail innovation and customer experience consultant, so I REALLY notice both the big and the little things...and this location sets the bar. I hope they are recognized for how awesome they are. Customers like me are so very appreciative, and it will be awarded with our ongoing business!”
