I normally come here an let Amy do my feet but she wasn’t available so I let some random guy do my feet he called himself cutting my cuticle off the side of my toe but he pulled the side of my skin cuticle off my toenail and Kept peeling it back Amy would never do that to me then over charged me 51 dollars for a gel nail pedicure don’t remember paying that much it wasn’t even 51 dollar service

The service was terrible. Not to mention I was overcharged. Simple short set no design one color 65$ and overlay no gel 60 These people were so rude and then when I said something they have the audacity to be rude with me, like this is ridiculous I was supposed to get my nails and toes done at the same time after I sat and got my nails done I still had to wait on my toes the man told me 15 mins when 15 mins went by he said another 15. So by that point I’m irritated so I’m expressing my concerns and he talm bout I’m wasting his time, how when I’m a paying customer

This place is horrible! This is the third time I went to them & allowed them to MESS UP my nails. When I sat in the chair, I told the girl how the last 2 times I came, they cut me when they were pulling my skin, causing bleeding. She act like she was annoyed when I stated that. I also told her how my nails always chip & break from the gel they used. She said she was going to do the natural gel so it won’t break. That was a lie! Literally the 2nd day of having my nails done, they chipped EASILY!
DO NOT GO HERE! My nail tech back in FL did my gel nails & they lasted close to a month! This place SUCKS!

I’ve been to 3 other locations and this one has had the best vibe. I was a bit concerned when first walking in because when I say it was packed on a Thursday afternoon!! Ba-by!! That stablisent was making numbers!! I was scared I would have a long wait but also intrigued because they’re making paper and nothing makes me happier than success 🤑 Anyway, lemme cut to the chase: short wait, cute nails 💅 and every tech was happy, and speaking my language lol cause they were!! I likey! Live 30 minutes away with a Lush super close in the Braves stadium literally across the street from me! I’m coming to this one from now on

This is how my child's nails ended up just after 2 days, after paying $75 plus tip for her 11th birthday gel manicure and pedicure. When I called to to form them, because she was on her birthday trip and would not be able to return immediately they said they can not address the issue. Gel nails should last 2-3weeks not just a few days, especially for a child they should have accommodated us. I will no longer be returning to this business.
