I had one of the WORSE experiences at this Lowes location. I recently moved across the country and am a new homeowner. I trusted this store to make my transition as smooth as possible, but it was anything but that. I was scheduled to have my items delivered to my home for my fence installation and my delivery was incorrect THREE times, which delayed my fence installation for almost 2 weeks. Throughout the course of attempting to have my materials delivered, communication was awful. Employees seem very nonchalant and passive. It's clear the store is disorganized. I rarely received returned phone calls. It took contacting corporate for me to finally have my materials properly delivered and to have my fence installed. Since the incident, I have not received a follow up call from managers regarding what happened or even some sort of compensation to make up for my frustrating experience dealing with this store. Where's the accountability? I had high standards, because I've always enjoyed shopping at Lowes. Unfortunately. I've been let down.

The parking area is filthy. Desperately needs the painting update and new signs. They have all faded. Looks like they are about to shut down.

Purchased some items to finish my stairs..about $100. I bought a can of Killz spray paint..$15. I accidentally left the paint. Came back a few days later. Was told they would have to pull security cameras to verify.
Went to the garden department to buy some pots to plant some flowers. Noticed some flowers in a trash bin...yes. not the clearance rack, the TRASH. Lady told me she had to charge me the clearance price. It was in the trash, I said. She said yes, but we're going to send a plastic broken flower pot back to the vendor. I was buying two huge pots. You made a big deal about flowers in the trash that you threw away in a trash bin that actually had trash...and yes, I had gardening gloves on.
Will never visit this location again.

I used to like Lowe's better because the people would help instead of run away from you like the HD competitor. But lately this place has been getting worse and when I go to the HD they aren't running away. Whatever happened in the past few years Lowe's has gone very far down and the evil neighbor has improved significantly.

This store is the absolute WORST. They never answer their phones, the corporate office couldn’t even get in touch with them. I dropped my lawn mower off for repair May 23 and didn’t get it back until July 9. The only reason I got it back is because I went in person to get a status update after going into the store 4 times, calling Lowe’s corporate, and calling the warranty company multiple times. The store had my mower in the warehouse for 3 weeks and forgot to send it off to repair, then when it was fixed I did not receive an email, text, voicemail, or anything to let me know to come pick it up. The managers were unhelpful, did not compensate me the $500 I spent on lawn care during the time they had my mower. They offered a store gift card like I ever want to go back there. The ONLY helpful person in customer service was KYRA. Thank you for trying your best to help me, to Kyra and Kyra only.

Horrible service… they said my order is ready to pickup, so I drove an hour to get my ordered product. When I checked in they said they don’t have any product I ordered in stock. I started to call the store and figure out what might go wrong. And they just hung upon me twice without me finishing my sentence. Let alone solving my problem. WOW.

I brought a carpet cleaner from here that was missing the wheels, the handle and the cleaner. And couldn’t return it because it was after 30 days when I decided to use it. Heads up check your boxes don’t lose money like I did.

I’m very patient and I don’t typically write reviews but this store is definitely consistent. They are dedicated to giving the absolute worst customer service every time you visit or attempt to contact them. Cashier’s clearly hate their jobs always have an attitude. And don’t even bother trying to call them because regardless of the day or time they will pick up just to hang up before saying a word over and over and over again.

No helpful employees, rude, and you could tell no one wanted to be there. First time at this location. Probably will be the last. Let 100s of dollars of stuff right in the cart and went to home depot.
