Caley and Tae are highly unprofessional and could use coaching and counseling imminently! I purchased a lawn mower online on 2/26/24, subsequently I received confirmation the it was ready for pick up. I arrived at the store only to be greeted by Caley at the register with a suspicion of pilferage demeanor and redundancy, while I'd given him the pertinent information to pick up the item. He paged Tae from on-line purchase and although I immediately gave her the order, before she entered the # in her hand held device, she proclaimed she didn't recalled the order. This level of customer service is below par rude, demeaning and insulting to customers patronizing your business and intolerant. I'll keep this in mind while I return to Home Depot and Ace Hardware for future purchases!

I've always considered myself a loyal Lowe's customer, trusting them for various home improvement needs over the years. However, my recent online purchase of a gas range for my new house turned into an unexpectedly disappointing ordeal, shaking my confidence in their service. The root of the problem began with my mistake of ordering the wrong model of gas range online. Realizing my error, I assumed that the process to exchange it for the right one would be simple, especially given the convenience usually associated with online shopping and the positive past experiences I've had with Lowe's. Unfortunately, the situation quickly deteriorated. Attempting to initiate the exchange process was bewilderingly difficult. My efforts to contact customer service for assistance were met with a maze of automated responses and unreturned calls. It felt as though each department I was transferred to had less of an idea of how to help than the last. This lack of effective communication and resolution has left me in a lurch, with my money taken and no gas range delivered. The impact of this on my daily life has been significant, leaving my family and me without a crucial appliance and no clear timeline on when, or if, the situation will be resolved. The entire experience has been a stark departure from the efficient, customer-focused service I had come to expect from Lowe's, especially in the online shopping realm. The difficulty in resolving what should have been a straightforward exchange has not only caused unnecessary stress but has also left me questioning the reliability of Lowe's online purchase system. I am sharing this experience in hopes that it prompts Lowe's to reevaluate and improve their online customer service and exchange processes. It's disheartening to see how an error on my part led to such a prolonged and unresolved issue, highlighting a significant gap in customer support. No loyal customer--or any customer, for that matter--should have to face such hurdles for a simple product exchange. I hope my experience serves as a wake-up call for Lowe's to reassess and improve their customer service processes. No customer should have to endure what I have gone through simply to exchange a product. It's a stark reminder that even the most loyal customers can be left feeling undervalued and ignored.

I paid for a electric range and refrigerator LG from Lowe's November 20 20. With that I purchased their advantage plan with a five year warranty because I was told it was amazing. I have been trying since December 13 for their protection plan assurance to take care of, the issue I have been given the runaround through LOWES as well as their advantage plan. No one wants to be responsible no one is being accountable and here. I am still January 9 without a oven. They came to my house on December 15 told me it would be fixed on December 21 before Christmas, it was not. I've went up to the store on camp Creek. I've called their customer Caroline I called their advantage assurance line and no one is giving me answers. This is totally unacceptable. I'm trying to understand no one's willing to help me my next move is to go to ABC or CBS or NBC investigative for some assistance so I can get some help so my oven can get fixed, and I'm just telling anyone do not buy Lowe's protection plan because it's a waste of your time, a waste of your money and a waste of your energy!

This is the worst Lowe's by far !!! I'm leaving a whole cart of home improvement items because NO ONE wants to Come get a door down from the top shelf ! I literally waiting on one of these feet dragging MEN, and they all had an excuse !! Everyone stated oh that's not my department. They have called someone to assist me 3 times AND STILL NO ONE WANTS TO ASSIST ! I try to come here due to it being convenient to home but i will take my coins to HOMEDEPO! At least they greet you when you walk in and they actually assist you ! Due to having to check at least one star , they definitely don't even deserve that !!

I wish that I could give them a no star at all. I went to purchase a stove and a refrigerator and was told that it would be delivered on a certain day. Lowes excuse was that the delivery team is an outside contractor, but don't you all contract these folks?? To date I have not received my appliances on top of calling customer service and being disconnected by a Customer Service Rep. Called again and was offered and E-Gift card and of course that isn't in my email either.

This location needs to be closed down or revamped by corporate.
Customer service is SLOW for everything. Paint especially. Waited almost 30 min for someone only for three employees to chime in who aren’t even assigned to the dept to get me what I needed.
Not to mention, what kind of store doesn’t have Apple Pay at this point?!
Left to go to Cascade Home Depot where the service is swift. Wasted over an hour at this place and this wasn’t the first time either. Never again.

Yesterday afternoon I had a delivery made from Lowe's. My not even 3yr old Samsung Washer needed to be replaced. So I paid to have the old one removed and a a new one to be installed. The moving company did that and more! They hooked the new washer and put the old hose on (I purchased a new one after being told that I had to) . Then, the left me a nice long and deep scratch in my wall and a couple of holes! After waiting on the phone for 30mins I was told I had to file a grievance and wait 72hrs to be contacted. I'm Beyond upset! My home is less than 3yrs old and now I have to look at this daily until they decide on what's the next step. I will never use their outside services again! And Lowe's needs to be more mindful of their third party companies they employ!

I had to return an item and the customer service was quick and professional, I went shopping for some plants in the Garden Center I found the employees helpful and the store organized.

Every time I come in everyone is friendly and I find what I need. The parking lot is a bit crazy but other than that good Lowe's.

I like Lowe's because they're so clean and normally so helpful but this trip wasn't that it took over 20 minutes to get help in the paint department then the manager showed up with a not so good attitude and really didn't seem like he knew what he was doing

I'm not sure where to start with this Lowes. Unorganized, nobody around, curbside isn't actually curbside. This Lowes is truly low.

I stopped by Lowes to pick up a gallon KC outside paint and some cedar mulch. Three people in the paint area. I stood over two minutes before someone said we will be with you in a minute. One of the three workers took a gallon of paint back to put it on the shelf. The other two chatted amongst themselves and to a woman who came up. I stood there for about 30 more seconds and walked off. This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Can't never get in contact with customer service or really any department in the store. Gas is extremely high to have keep driving up there for them not to have my stuff. When the date To have it is already here.
