Great staff, and multiple car option. Clean facility. Like the usual online overreservations overkill other rental companies have been in Atlanta I was left stranded at the airport on Christmas eve. They put me in a nice cat and on my way with no worries. And great pricing

Called same day to get a car rental, Nikki came to the airport and picked my wife and I up and took us back to the rental office. Transaction was quick and painless and we were on our way. When we returned the car, they got us an Uber back to the airport at no cost to us. Staff was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Helpful staff. The airport ran out of cars and we got one of the last ones. Unfortunately, it wreaked of smoke, was very dirty, and had a "maintenance needed, visit dealership now" service warning. It drove like it desperately needed service. We were grateful for a rental, but the maintenance and cleanliness could use some work.

Great experience. The airport had no more rental cars available. Although we had a reservation at Thrifty, when we arrived at the airport, they informed us they had no vehicles, and it would be a 3 hour wait for any vehicle. Apparently this happens frequently at the Atlanta airport. We found Loco Car Rental just off site from the airport. They were incredibly helpful and outfitted us with a great 2023 car. Upon returning the car, they also offered us a ride to the airport as part of the service. They saved us! Special thanks to Jay and Nay who were professional, friendly and very helpful.

Thank God for Loco Car Rental! Jay was super friendly and super helpful! Our original car rental was with Alamo. They overbooked and didn’t notify any one of the situation. Jay definitely saved the day and our Thanksgiving by having cars available for rent! We will definitely use them again next time we are in Atlanta.

Arrived into ATL after a long flight only to find out my prepaid rental with Thrifty wasn’t honored due to being sold out. I was referred to Loco Car Rental by another rental service. They had a car available at an affordable rate. Dee was very helpful on the phone and super friendly in person. Will definitely rent from them again. 10 stars ⭐️

Arrived in Atlanta, and my previous reservation was canceled due to the airport running out of cars. Was referred by a worker, and this rntal car place was amazingly fast friendly and great. Great customer service. The only downside is that I'm still waiting on my deposit back. Great

Dee at Loco Car Rental was highly professional. Very honest and forthright and went above and beyond to get myself and my family into a safe car at a reasonable price. Picked us up from the airport and got us into a car when all of the large companies failed.

Best option for car rental! we struggled with the airport options, times, and hidden fees.. we just went to our hotel, looked up on google and Loco Car Rental showed up. We called and they solved it immediately. They were super kind, told us the total price right away, we got a car in less than 10 minutes and once we returned it they drove us to the airport (included in the service, amazing!). We are coming back, definitely! great service from everyone there

I'm very very pleased someone referred me to this car rental. Loco got me in a car immediately and quickly. Just like some other reviews stated the airport rentals were completely out of cars without any sense of urgency. My 1st time to Atlanta, and it just devasted me especially the time of night it were,my hotel another 30 minutes from airport. Dee and J you guys gave superb service and very friendly. Thank you thank you thank you..... If anyone is looking to book a rental in Atlanta I suggest you use Loco Car rental and they use new and very clean cars.Plus they picked me up from airport.

Highly recommend this company!! When I was stranded at the Atlanta airport with my son - they came through for me big time!! Nae was awesome and kind as she could tell I was frazzled and the whole company was just top notch. Excellent communication, provided a great rental car and they drove us to the airport at the end of our trip. I will definitely rent from Loco Car Rental every time I'm in Atlanta!!

This place had excellent customer service and really worked with me. I had made a reservation with avis, and they wanted to run my credit just to rent a car with them. So I referred to local. Nay helped me tremendously. I'm going to go local every time I need to rent a vehicle.

In my darkest hour, I was in the ATL airport. I lost my license, took the wrong passport to the airport with me, had a dramatic flight and yet the angels at Loco Car Rental had me covered. Jay helped me out and someone needs to give this man a raise because I cannot believe he pulled all of this together for me. He picked me up from the airport, drove me to the rental place and took care of all of the logistics and got me a car SO FAST AND EASY. He is more professional, kind, and helpful than any of you know!! This place is a life line for anyone needing to get a car after escaping even the worst airport situation. Because of Jay, I can get to my client meetings on time and don't have to worry about taxis/Lyft logistics. 100/5 will absolutely recommend to anyone and probably won't shut up about it until at least the end of the week.

The car that I had reserved from a company at the airport, wasn't available when I arrived in Atlanta. The other car rentals had no cars available. I was stressed and aggravated. A lady at one of the car rental booths gave me the phone number for loco car rental. I called and talked to a young lady, she told me she would be at the airport to pick me up and get me in a car, she was there within 15 minutes. She took me to the Loco office and had me in a car and on my way within minutes. When I returned the car on Saturday, a different young lady waited on me, took me to the airport, to the gate for my departure and very kind. Both of the young ladies were very professional and two of the sweetest young ladies I have had the pleasure of dealing with, in such a stressful situation that I was dealing with. I will be returning to Atlanta every two or three months and I will definitely call Loco for my transportation. What started out being a stressful day ended up becoming a pleasant adventure. Thank you so much for your caring and professional employees. I'm sorry I don't remember the young ladies names, but I hope you commend them on their professional and caring service.
