I gave this location 5 stars because the agent name Amy Littlejohn was very professional. She took time to answer all my questions. She was very courteous, kind, and knowledgeable of her job. Her upbeat and engaging personality allowed me to feel confident in her abilities as a tax preparer. Despite the space, she was alloted by the store, her work area had hand sanitizer, and it was clean and well organized.This tax season was, in fact, a pleasure due to her positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with her clients.I wish her well in her future endeavors and personally thank her for being patient with me.
