5 cars had windows smashed on Thanksgiving and before 10 pm. This is apparently a normal event in the area for several years. I'm not sure why the numerous hotels in the area don't have a roaming security guard. The cameras pointed at the parking lot are useless. Also not sure why they charge for parking. Lastly the direct TV system is horrible and we struggled to change channels.

I've stayed at the hotel several times over the years and loved it. This was by far the worst experience that I've had. The shuttle didn't arrive at the airport around when it was supposed to. Fortunately, a driver from another hotel asked where we were going and took us to the hotel. The bathroom only had 1 towel and no towel for a bath mat. There was no phone in the room, so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk to ask for an additional towel. The most disappointing was the breakfast. There was very little selection and the foods that were supposed to be hot were barely room temperature. The oatmeal was almost cold. One of the kitchen attendants was more interested in being on her phone than ensuring the breakfast area was being serviced. The container of hot water was almost empty and barely warm. The container for English Breakfast tea was empty, so I had to ask if there was more. Another gentleman took his food and asked if they could warm it for him. I've worked as a breakfast attendant for a hotel breakfast buffet, so I know it's possible to do much better with the variety of foods and keeping everything stocked and hot or cold.

Close to airport but not in a direct flight path which was nice. However, the construction that is happening in the hotel during the day was not fun to deal with. All floors were dirty in the hallways with spilled paint, dirt, dust, etc. The hotel is older and the room that I had was not updated and you could tell. Bathroom door barely closed, paint peeling off the ceiling, and old low toilet. The room size is nice with a separate seating area and small fridge, microwave, desk, and chair. Bed was decent but pillows were awful. Closet was funky and not super usable. I use hotel gyms every day and this one was small and had no cleaning wipes and only one day had towels. Very disappointed with that. Free breakfast was a bit above average and the staff was for the most part very pleasant and easy to deal with. The entry into the parking lot is half blocked and if their shuttle driver is parked there it makes it very hard to get around them even in a small car.

Room is ok. They are remodelling the place. The lounge is outdated and needs an upgrade. Only reason I’ve marked 2 stars is because of the bad customer service I experienced at check

Conveniently located to the airport, lobby and dining area are nice and clean. Staff is super friendly. Snacks are available 24/7. Bar on premises. Breakfast included. Rooms are being renovated. They are clean but can use some updates. Beds were comfortable.

The room was nice, employees were nice and they got free parking. My main complaint is the noise when sleeping. I rarely complain about noises from outside of a hotel but it is too loud here. During the night you hear all the trucks and motorcycles driving on the road very clearly. Because these noises are not consistent, it is not something you get used to like white noise. The AC unit is loud too and because it only kicks in when needed, whenever it kicks in it wakes you up. I ended up turning the AC unit off after being waken up 3 times. Still it doesn't help me from getting waken up by the car noises on the street. Didn't get a quality sleep.

I struggled giving this place a 2 or 3 star rating (decided on a 3 star since the employees were super friendly and helpful). Devon is the desk clerk who checked us in and he was very informative of restaurants within walking distance and info about all of the amenities. We requested a top (6th) floor room in our reservation and that's what we got + more (3 rooms with parties going on, floor wreaking of weed). The hotel wasn't busy for a Saturday night so I explained to the front desk clerk on duty what was going on and asked to be moved to another floor. He wanted to give us another room at the opposite end of the floor and I asked if we could be moved to another floor so he put us on the 3rd floor where it was very quiet for the remainder of our stay. The room we got was handicapped accessible so it was roomier than the initial one we got on the 6th floor (I appreciated the larger restroom). Bed was comfy and the furnishings were older and a bit scraped up but the entire room was very clean (I did notice some small moldy spots in the shower). There is signage that the hotel is undergoing a renovation and we did encounter some workers and rolls of carpet lying around. As for the lobby it is very nice, clean, and inviting. The breakfast buffet is included and it is just your standard fare (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, bread, yogurt, granola, etc).. It would be nice if they offered a little more variety like Marriott does with boiled eggs, cereal, etc. A couple of breakfast staff is on duty so you'd think everything would be fully replenished but one of the days two bagels and a piece of bread was all that was left (from the day before) and a customer asked if there was anymore which one of the employees filled. Also, one of the days we got down to eat at 9:05am (6am to 9:30am during the week, 6am to 10am on Sundays) and one of the breakfast employees (although friendly) made it apparent to us that we almost missed breakfast (how is 25 min before closing time almost missing breakfast?) so we felt rushed as they were keeping an eye on us. Other hotel amenities include a gym, swimming pool (appeared to be open), and a laundry facility. I utilized the gym three days out of our stay and although everything was in working order and seemed to have newer equipment, it was dirty and there were little nats hanging out around the water machine. There is a towel rack and only two full sized towels were offered and one of the days there were no towels. As for the laundry room, I thought the washer was 4.50 and the dryer 1.75; however, it was the other way around. I was thinking to myself, what is the logic in that? Turns out that the dryer is on automatic 90 min drying time and I figured that the dryer was not going to work properly so they just extended it but that was not the case (all machines looked fairly new and in working order). Overall, I love Atlanta and perhaps someday I'll be back but I wouldn't stay at this property again for the price we paid. One plus it's an 8 min drive to the airport so you don't have to worry about being stuck in traffic getting there + there are many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. A special "shout out" to Devon at the front desk who made our stay that much better.

Terrible experience ever!!! Front desk lady is nothing but attitude from when you first walk in. Overcharged me when I booked with Expedia. She’s undermining my intelligence explaining to coworkers what’s going on to “make me understand”, discriminating, trying to act like I was being cheap. We had to take the trash out ourselves, the bathroom had a whole in the wall, room smelled musty, and the beds super uncomfortable!! The second night there someone tried opening my door!!!!!Every night stay I put a chair in the front door and table to feel some sort of safety. I’ve stayed in way better places than this dumpster. Then on check out day she refused to give me a receipt because I booked through Expedia and they’ll give me one. Incorrect because I had to pay almost 500 dollars with front desk so I should’ve got one, but I walked away before she finished her sentence, I’m a busy women, I don’t have time for the antics and had a 5 hour drive to get started on.Rooms: Smelling musty and holes and scratchesSafety: None whatsoever when someone is trying to open my door in the middle of the night!Noteworthy details: Even the hallways were falling apart and the elevator was jumpy

A short stop hotel. Not great but good. Clean rooms, good help, and a good location near the airport. Has a free continental breakfast and dinner. It's also getting an extensive renovation, so your experience may be dramatically different and better than mine.

Very outdated I think they were renovating but the room we were put in dusty and carpet felt nasty I didn’t feel like it was clean enough the wall had a big hole in the bathroom . Stains on the side of bed i appreciate the shuttle too airport but driver was kind of mean he made a statement saying they don’t work for the hotel when I indicated the night shift advised my husband he could ride to the airport with me to see me off he was very upset when he figured out my husband was not getting out, he replied with that statement. On the other hand the breakfast and the bar is ?Rooms: OutdatedFood & drinks: Great keep up good work and they were very friendly.

This hotel deserves zero stars. We were given a room that was disgusting, with mold in the shower. When I woke up in the morning, I was covered with bites, and I merely asked the hotel for reimbursement for my pillow and sleeping clothes, because I couldn't risk bringing bed bugs home with me. With all promises that they would take care of things, all they did was reimburse points and say that their exterminator said there were no bedbugs. Hyatt corporate told me to deal directly with the hotel and the hotel strung me along for several weeks and then said they wouldn't pay me back. The worst part is that we were informed that the room was meant to be out of service, since the hotel is being refurbished, Do yourself a favor and don't stay with these miserly, heartless people.

I travel the US for work so I'm in a new hotel every week. I chose this hotel for the location and because it's supposed to be a 3 star hotel. I only stay in 3 star and up to keep my sanity. This hotel is at best 2 stars. The hotel smells nasty and the rooms are not nice. They're aged and not in a good way. I'm waking up early to get out of here asap!
