Linda Craddock was my tax preparer. She prepared my taxes for last year and three years prior. She is very informative and knows the tax laws. She's been my tax preparer for 10 years. The fees are very fair. I am very satisfied with the services at H.R. Block.

Everything about my experience with this company was terrible this year. They basically took most of my tax returns to pay them out and after . I was supposed to receive my taxes 2 months ago although I think that was the irs taking forever it’s now H&R Block who is holding the little funds I have left over , and when I ask about it they get a attitude acting like they don’t want to tell me what’s wrong and why it’s taking longer than expected. Next year I’m definitely filing with somebody else
