Be careful using this company. I was a loyal customer for over 10 years. I recommended it to my family, friends, and co-workers over the years. However, this year the company started using a new financial company to handle the refunds, and I have had a terrible experience trying to receive my refund since February and it is now June. Still no refund. I have completed the client check replacement form over 15 times. I have been told that my funds will be dispersed on several different dates and when the time comes nothing. I call my tax professional and emerald and they either ignore my calls or emails, then tell me to start the process all over again. The representatives at Emerald constantly delay and flat out lie about transactions. And H and R block has no one over seeing the company according to my tax professional to hold them accountable for their incompetence and inaccurate information. I have been abandoned throughout this whole process and have no way of locating my money. Please be careful. I strongly advise against using this company based off of my experience.

Veronica is amazing! I had a difficult issue with past tax year she was able to fix. Extremely happy with the customer service and supportive manor at this branch! Highly recommended getting your tax needs serviced here. They we also able to have their fee taken out of my return which was very helpful!
