As the nephew of an elder, they're response time to my uncle's emergency via the the emergency alerts in the elders' apartment is horrible, which lead to his death. He raised the alarm at 4am, passed put due to blood loss at 6am and wasn't discovered until 9am. Unfortunately he passed, but this is something that families should be made aware of.

This place is horrible. They don’t fix the appliance. Roaches overtaking some apartments. Want to charge residents to clean carpet.

My father lives here and I am very concerned about newer management, (they've been there about 3 years). It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone and I seldom see anyone in the office, esp after Covid 19. Which I understood but nearly everyone is back now or at least answers the phone.My father has had a maintenance concern over one year now. His shower seat is in such poor repair, it is literally coming apart and we keep being told that it will be replaced but it has been over one year, maybe 2 now. He is in poor health and it is mandatory that he sits while he showers.This review is my step one. The next step will be a report to whomever is over the "management" here and then to governing bodies for the treatment of the elderly.I will say that they finally replaced his filthy and worn carpet with flooring and his stove after being in ill repair for years! Thank you. Please fix this shower chair asap.I have tried to handle this amicably but to no avail. The vent is also coming off the wall. Refrigerator seal coming off and other small repairs needed but the major issue is that shower seat.The complex looks okay on the outside but don't need a repair in your apartment. There may be a lonnnng wait.It was not like this when Ms. Mary was there. She is missed. I will add pics as soon as I can.
