“Hands down the best shop I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend them. I’m a single female and my car died so I had it towed here on a Saturday. They were super friendly over the phone and informed me that they most likely wouldn’t be able to look at my car until Tuesday. I appreciate being given reasonable expectations so I could plan accordingly. To my pleasant surprise I received a call/text that my car was ready for pick up. They even stayed after closing so I could pick it up. My car is 10 years old so I was bracing for bad news/big expense however it was just overdue oil change & the cost was very reasonable!! “I brought my old, beat up, cracked phone into Batteries Plus today. I was really nervous because my screen would not turn on and I needed to get information from my phone. This was an old phone a Galaxy S8 Plus that I have had for many years, and it just decided to finally break. I could not get the screen to come on. The battery on the phone was still good because you could see the green light in the left corner. Therefore, I brought my phone in and the young lady named Sidney was the technician who worked on my phone. She worked wonders on my old phone. Remember I had a Galaxy S8 plus and Samsung is now on phone 24. She replaced the screen and now I have my phone back. Great customer service! Quick turnaround. It took about an hour to fix. Sydney was professional, polite, and did an excellent job. Thank you Sydney!!!”

They really is some kind of electronics fixing master wizard working there because they had the magic touch. I brought in some delicate and difficult to repair equipment that is no longer made and they somehow found the replacement parts in a few days that I had been searching for almost 3 months.
