D. Waller was my finance counselor. This lady was extremely nice to me in February when I needed assistance in order to keep getting my medication for Epilepsy. Keep in mind that I'm on 4 medications, and it's important for me to stay on those medications so that I will not have any episodes. When it was time for me to do my renewal. D. Waller marked me as a "no show." Now I called the office to inform them that I was stuck in traffic and to let Ms. Waller t They told me I had a 10 to 15 minute grace period before I would be considered late, but they would inform her anyway. When I get there, I'm 4 minutes late. I checked in, and I'm told by the receptionist that Ms. Waller marked me as a "no show." I said,"How?"You have a grace period, and I called. The receptionist tells me to let Ms. Waller know that I'm here. I walked to Ms. Waller's door and announce myself and tell her who I and she said "have a seat. You were late. I said respectfully, I was told that I have a grace period, so I'm not late. You're not abiding by your rules. She tells me to come into her office. I come in with my paperwork, thinking everything is cool. She approved me before being that I live in Douglas County now due to a fire that took place back in October of last year. So why decline me now? Ms. Waller says well 1) you live in Douglas County. 2) you haven't seen a primary care physician in a long time. 3) you do not qualify because you no longer live in Fulton County. I said, "Ms. Waller, you saw this in the system in February of 2024. You knew this. I've been trying to get a primary care doctor visit from Grady, but they've put me on the waiting list. So why should that matter? She says because it does in order to keep a card with us. I said well that is on Grady, not me. They haven't called me. Ms. Waller says, and they will not. Sorry you can not get approved this time. I said, "So my insurance runs out on the 21st of this month. And Ms. Waller doesn't care. Now I have to move fast to find a new neurologist, and get insurance so that i can continue to get my medication. Thanks, Ms. Waller for showing how much you truly love helping people that need assistance with health care. You know people can die from epilepsy. I have. May you reap what you have sown. Karma will come your way. Be prepared for your awakening!!!!

VERY unprofessional staff. You most definitely will be treated poorly. Doctors do not care about patients. You literally will wait all day to be seen , you will have better luck being seen by a back door doctor. Grady has to do better.

I went to pick up a prescription for an injection and the pharmacy didn't include the syringe. I returned to the pharmacy a few days later and the pharmacy was closed until 1:30pm because they had "training". I hope they learn how to remember to include syringes for injections.

The doctor doesn't listen. To anybody they do what they want. Don't go there.

Quick and clean. It helps that there is a pharmacy inhouse.

I go here for my primary care and my psychiatrist care. I'm not crazy, just dealing with a health problem and my psychiatrist helps me deal with it. Friendly staff and I like it because you can also get you medicine from the pharmacy they have on site. May take a while but it's convenient.
