Visited Recently & Managers Maya & Warren were beyond helpful & personable. i needed back to school shoes for my two boys & they went above and beyond to make sure that we got everything we needed. my kids were a little indecisive and not once did we feel unwelcomed or uncomfortable or like we were asking for too much. They are wonderful examples of how customer service should be done. thank you both so much, we are permanent customers of yours moving forward.

Bought school shoes for my grandson who was a size 11 which is what I bought. Got home and now his shoes doesn’t fit so I take them back not to get a refund but to simply exchange the shoe and I was rudely told that oh I can’t exchange these mame in a nice nasty type of way and when I asked why I was told that the shoes were dirty and I explained to the lady that if it was dirty then that is the way that it was sold to me because my grandson only tried the shoe on and nothing more I spent 141.00 on the shoe and now I’m told im stuck with some shoes I can’t do anything with never will I ever shop here ever again

After spending more than $300 last Thursday, they forgot to put two hats in the bag. We had to go out of town before 11:00 am when they opened the next day. We called over 20 times with no answer. My boyfriend goes to get the hats today just to be interrogated by same exact guy who forgot the hats. He was acting completely obtuse. They go “check the cameras” as if they are being told a lie, just to come back and apologize. There is no need to lie about $80 worth missing over his incompetence.

I had my shoes delivered to this location and arrived to pick them up 10 minutes before the store was scheduled to close. I absolutely understand being ready to go home, but the store hours are there for a reason. Unfortunately I was left knocking and attempting to communicate through the locked glass door as the employees tried avoiding eye contact. I found that to be rude and unprofessional.

I've patronized this location way more than I should've. I don't like the pickup process for online orders. You get one order number then you have to wait for an email which usually takes about a week to get another order number which you have to take to the store to be able to retrieve your order. They give you the tracking for the shipping for whatever location it comes from. The day of you might get a notification that your item was delivered but the store staff will take another 36 hours before they send you the its ready for pickup email which is crazy to me because when I go in the store they are always plentiful staff folding clothes they never have many customers or offer to help you they just look around.
I could deal with the slow processing, the issue that swayed me from patronizing them was late 2024, I purchased a pair of 13's that arrived to me in an unfavorable condition. It looked like someone had laid something heavy on the toe of the shoe and they still tried to pass these off as brand new out the box. The minute I put them on and the material pulled I knew something wasn't right. It took about 8 business days to get a return label out of customer service. I purchased a second pair on my own because they were dragging their feet to help me during this process and the second pair arrived before the first pair was able to be shipped back. The part that got me was they charged me the return shipping fee after they sold me some less than quality shoes. I paid the cost for your low quality after you admitted it was your issue not mines. Yea I'll take it on the chin this time because I'll shop elsewhere in the future for sneakers.
