Haven’t been to Camp Creek in years and I remember why. Went to pick up a pair of shoes my bf bought our daughter. The only reason we ordered here was because they had the color shoes he just had to get for our daughter. There were 4 people facing the door. 2 young ladies were in deep conversation so when I walked in they looked at each other like they didn’t want to help. I’m just getting off work so I guess I look like I’m not there to spend a lot of money. I finally just blurted out to one of the girls why I was there. She went to get the shoes and was escorted by someone else over to me for 1 pair of shoes.

Dtlr is one of the best street stores I have ever been to, the workers there are extremely knowledgeable and creative and helped me pick a fit out head to toe for my girlfriend. I would like to especially shout out James. He stuck beside me the whole time.

The service here is impeccable. I needed a specific shoe for a last minute event and called 4-5 stores… no answer. I called them and Cayden answered. She quickly located what I needed and had them waiting when I arrived. The whole store was friendly and helpful and made sure I got what was needed.

I walked in DTLR at the CampCreek Marketplace looking for 2 bookbags for my grandkids. As I was leaving the store, the manager told me that he had 2 free bookbags left over from the back-to-school event. Thank you so much! The Staff was very friendly and helpful. And the store is very clean and well organized. I will be shopping there in the future.

It’s 20minutes until closing and they’re locking the door. So more customers can’t come in . The young girl that was at the door was very rude .

Sigh..what are the operating hours for this store? If I arrive during business hours, they should be open. Unfortunately, they are not.

Great location, but the customer service is trash!! I walked in and no one greeted us. An associate walked by and I asked about a shoe, the associate stated that they had it and continued walking. She never came back to ask what size I needed or if I needed assistance. All of the young ladies were on the phone and were tending to any of the customers. I observed two acting irritated when asked if they could pull sizes. The store needs to clean house and hire people who can at least act interested in working.

Unprofessional and Rude, a young associate was sent over the Men's Shoes area, but when I asked about the size of a shoe she stated she wasn't pulling shoes. And sent someone else to search the size, he never came back with the shoe. Another customer walks up and asked about a different shoe, she said the same about not pulling shoes, but did check the price and size on her phone for him,(odd right). He gets his shoe and tried them on. I still haven't received the shoe I was trying on planning to buy. Time goes by and I notice there's no price on the shoe I'm looking to buy and I ask her again, are these the same price? And she looked so annoyed by me asking her and she was just like "no". So I'm like well how much are they? Then she like idk, so then I ask, are we allowed to ask you questions because you look annoyed every time I say something. Then I say nevermind, I'm leaving but they had the doors locked preventing people from coming in. This was the middle of Saturday. I normally don't shop dtlr and I will not be back

This was my second shopping experience at Dtlr and each time Tikal was very helpful. He made my shopping experience less stressful and actually quite fun. Every employee has great energy and very help.

Horrible customer service. Girls working were so rude, acting like they didn’t want to help, and cussing in front of my baby. Was going to buy 3 pairs of shoes for Christmas, literally walked right out the store after this. Such a shame because the store is nice.
