The worst customer service experience ever! Sprained my foot and went to the drive-thru to pick up my diabetic test strips (an item located only behind the counter in the pharmacy) and Brooke told me I had to come inside. I pleaded my case explaining my foot was sprained and the item can not be picked up in-store and required me to wait in line at the pharmacy. She told me again she would not help me and I had to come inside. Got out of my car and limped inside the store. Requested the pharmacist who was equally rude. I asked again, why would I have to come inside the store for an item I don't have access to in the store and is only available behind the pharmacy counter. He sad said that's just the way it is and did I want the test strips or not. I asked for the number for the corporate office and he blurted out 1-800-shop-cvs. Thanks to his lack of professionalism and horrible customer service I will not ever shop cvs again. Think twice before visiting the cvs location!

Camille Turner has been one the most kindest, considerate and knowledgeable employees that you have. She has served me faithfully for years. That’s an employee to keep! She’s one of the main reasons I return. This lady is an asset to CVS. Thanks Camille for always doing your job and then some.

Basically the shittiest customer service I have ever experienced at ANY pharmacy. About a year ago, they instituted a *new policy* to both shorten their pharmacy hours and also to close mid-day for lunch--without notifying anyone or even updating this on their CVS website. Hard to say how anyone with a normal day job will be able to pick up their prescriptions here!I stopped by this location today to pick to two new prescriptions and they were sure to announce every two minutes that "if you aren't up at the counter by our lunchtime, you will have to come back". Just the craziest lack of customer service I have seem in years. Also, if you have a drug company discount card, they are NOT willing to call the company's pharmacist line to clear up ANY registration or pricing details. Finally, my spouse also got a new prescription today and there was ABSOLUTELY NO consultation or guidance on this potentially harmful drug--because THEY WANTED TO GO ON THEIR LUNCH BREAK!Deplorable. Everyone here needs to be fired.

The worst CVS pharmacy ever !!!! I went in there Monday to drop off a prescription and I'm back here on Friday and they have lost my prescription, this is ridiculous how is there a team of pharmacist that lose a prescription that is supposed to be dropped off. The wait time in the line is ridiculous and just wait there for nothing wasting my time is Robert guy said at the fact that American had told me that they lost my prescription that they're gonna call my doctor at the at the emergency department for a new prescription when I dropped off a paper prescription. Then they are positive that I did not drop off anything asked me when did I drop it off I dropped her off on Monday but still why is it not in your system who is not doing their job correctly they all need to be fight and get a new staff they are all incompetent at this point. DISGUSTING

I bought a CVS health Headache Relief acetaminophen 20 gel tabs at around 8:45am on 2/17/2023. The box was sealed but when I opened the box, the bottle seal was broken! I have never seen anything like this before. I had relied on this pills for my flight but now, I don't have any relief for my headache. This is very unsafe and strange.

I have been using a CVS in RI for 25 or so years. That store is well stocked, clean, have few things locked up? And I have always been treated with respect and friendliness. I cannot say the same about the CVS in East Point. Many of, but not all, the employees lack common curtesy. I am amazed at how rudely I was treated on two occasions, even had the phone hung up on me. The store seems dirty. Prescriptions take forever to fill. I don't think you can wait and have one filled. And finally, the shelves seem quite bear. I couldn't even find rubbing alcohol. Unfortunately, East Point seems to be lacking in general, if CVS would step it up, maybe others would follow. Kik Williams

Terrible service at drive thru pharmacy. My mom had to wait 30 minutes behind a car because they were filing the ladies prescriptions as she sat there in line! My mom elderly and can't go inside. The store manager did nothing about it.

I was diagnosed with the flu Friday. My doctor sent my prescription to CVS in East Point on Main St. I was hesitant about letting her send it to that particular location because I have had negative experiences at this pharmacy. It's the closest pharmacy that was open when I left urgent care. Of course when I arrived they didn't have Tamiflu in. The pharmacy tech advised me to have my prescription transferred to another pharmacy. I called around until I found a pharmacy that had Tamiflu. However, CVS want answer the phone so that the pharmacist can confirm the transfer and fill the prescription. I've been calling the urgent care to see if they can just send the prescription to Walgreens and they aren't answering. I just have to sit here and suffer when there are meds that will help me feel better! I will absolutely never go to this CVS again.

Is there a way to score this CVS lower than a one star. The pharmacy is the worst. They send you 800 emails and text until you pick up the prescription but make you get in two different lines for prescriptions called in by the doctor to use Good Rx for cheaper price. I was already thinking about changing drugstores and now I am moving all my drugs. The parking lot has homeless beggars and the store is nasty. Done just done with this location

Say what you want about the place , but they gone come thru every time. I pick up my meds here and I may even buy a few snacks or some essentials. Folks on here just doing their job and seems like since the pandemic began, customers want to give these folks a hard time. All I can say is keep your nasty attitudes at home. Nobody wants to come to work to be disrespected. 9 times out of 10 if an employee claps back, the customer more than likely started by feeling entitled.

Few markets in East Point. This CVS is a lifesaver. I usually travel to Grant Park for food and this CVS provides a stop gap service. The pharmacy staff is always welcoming and professional when I pick up prescriptions.

All CVS does is worry about making money and not Customers. With all the terrible service all CVS has must go with there Big Bosses because once again all CVS Stores have the same problem.
