I visited the bank today and they declined to cash a check from their bank, claiming that the bank didn’t have the funds.I believe I was targeted based on my race.

I am writing to lodge a complaint against the branch manager at your 3440 Camp Creek Pkwy Ste 1110 East Point, GA 30344 branch. Today 6/5/24, I visited the branch to resolve an issue with my claim, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Initially, I sought assistance from one of the bankers, Iyonna (spelling may not be correct) her unprofessional and rude demeanor led me to request to speak with branch manager.
When I explained the inadequate service provided by the banker, the manager Winston Spencer did agree with my concerns. However, when it came to understanding and addressing my claim, he failed to assist me properly. Despite my detailed explanations about the backstory of my claim, the branch manager did not accurately communicate the situation when he contacted the claims department.
It was evident that he did not listen to understand the details I provided multiple times. This lack of attention to my issue made the entire experience frustrating and unproductive. Ultimately, the poor service I received from both the banker and the branch manager compelled me to ask for my ID and bank card back, and I had no choice but to leave the branch without a resolution.
I have been a loyal customer of Chase Bank for about 6 years now and this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. I expect a certain level of professionalism and competence when dealing with such important matters.

If you need cash or to use the atm for any reason early in the morning you’re out of luck. Even with your card, any debit or credit card Chase or otherwise, you can’t get access to the lobby atm. Tried to go on the way to the airport for an early flight to no avail.

I went into this bank. I asked for money orders. Part of customer service is to tell you before you get the money orders is to tell you how much it cost she did not I'm thinking as a chase customer it would be less expensive than publix where I normally go. To my surprise it was $5 per money order I would have gotten 4 money orders from publix less than $5 it cost me $10 dollars I said to the teller I wish you had told me that before I got the money orders could have saved that money by driving a couple of minutes away. Poor customer service

I've been to many chase institutions. But for some reason they just were not willing to help. Rude for the most part except for the gentleman in the front greeting people. Super nice.Hate leaving notes like this but I feel jut cause your not a regular to that branch. No need to be mean. Or look at me a different way just because of my attire.

Doors locked and can’t use ATM. Cards won’t open door. No tap or chip card works. So frustrating. All I want to do is use arm. Ridiculous

Beware, the card reader to get in after hours does NOT work. Do not waste your time and gas driving there outside of business hours. You won’t be able to get in.

Sad went to this location to get a document signed for a notary and the only person who could authorize one was on vacation. They clerk advise me to go to UPS around the corner and told me they charge $2 I end up paying $8 when I been a valued customer at chase bank for over 20years .

Be careful visiting this branch. Your information may be compromised by employees working there. So sad that now we can’t even trust banks to do good by our hard earned money. Now I have to change banks and move all of my money somewhere else. I’ve done two transactions with my business account both at this location on camp creek. I’m being told there was a phone number I had no ideas out that was added along with an email address and high risk transaction that was being performed. I swear the human population is extremely disgusting. Thanks for having unethical employees.

I went to this location this morning and met with Winston E. Spencer and he said he cannot do anything to help unless I make an appointment. I told him that a rep told me to come in and Winston said the 800 number doesn't know how staffing and branch works. I was like this is a Chase bank and whomever works for Chase should be able to know all the details. I made it very clear to Winston if he refused to work with me and forced me to schedule an appointment then I would walk out and I did. Made a report to headquarters about this issue.
