What an awesome family run business. They care and it shows. The customer service the entire shop provides is unseen in today’s world. I highly recommend Boyd’s and will only use them for our fleet of vehicles.

We had a bus with multiple people in with a flat tire, the pump machine at the gas station wasn't able to fill the back tires to the 80 PSI requirement. We pulled just to fill the tire. But the technicians there not only filled all of tires but also took the one of the back tires off to fix the stem to the air valve. He put the tire back on refilled it, we tipped him and thanked him, then went on our way.

When my husband was living he told me to only go to get my tires from Boyd Tires on Normanberry Rd. I recently got 4 new tires for my F150. I had the most pleasant experience!! They were so courteous and gave me outstanding service!! They were extremely efficient, meaning I didn’t have to wait all day to get tires. I trust them and their kindness went a long way!! I have told several of my friends that there is no other place like Boyd Tires!! You will not be disappointed!!

Do not take your vehicles here they will not warranty the labor on their defective parts. For the past two decades we’ve taken our fleet vehicles to Boyd’s. The level of service has declined to the point where I will no longer do business here, I advise you do the same.

Amazing experience and prompt service. I got a screw in my tire and they took great care of me. I came during my workday was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Customer service was a 10 out of 10 as well!
