“I brought my old, beat up, cracked phone into Batteries Plus today. I was really nervous because my screen would not turn on and I needed to get information from my phone. This was an old phone a Galaxy S8 Plus that I have had for many years, and it just decided to finally break. I could not get the screen to come on. The battery on the phone was still good because you could see the green light in the left corner. Therefore, I brought my phone in and the young lady named Sidney was the technician who worked on my phone. She worked wonders on my old phone. Remember I had a Galaxy S8 plus and Samsung is now on phone 24. She replaced the screen and now I have my phone back. Great customer service! Quick turnaround. It took about an hour to fix. Sydney was professional, polite, and did an excellent job. Thank you Sydney!!!”
“Picked up a battery from this location (Conley) and I certainly can tell you that they are very knowledgeable. The prices of the batteries are very reasonable ie. went to buy a battery for my Lexus at the dealer and was told no one has that battery, wanted to charge close to $300.00 and I got it at M.B.E for around $180+. Will definitely return and refer this location to others.”
“I can only rate them at a four star because I have been given the wrong parts twice over a five year period. If you do use this location, make sure the woman helps you out. She knows more about cars than most experienced men. She has always been right on point. Even when I had to exchange parts, she had been the one to get me the correct one. All in all it's a good auto parts store.”

“I just want to say, Renard went above and beyond helping me here. I had a mechanical issue that I had been hunting down all day, and so it was getting kinda close to closing time, you know, within about an hour, when I came in. But he helped me sort the problem out, and from my description and testing and looking at the thing and whatnot, not only diagnosed my alternator, but pinpointed what part of my alternator had crapped out, which, unless I misremember, was the voltage regulator. And he was so awesome selling me the new one! He told me about another location that's open later in case the new one had trouble, and made sure I had a light to work by. I got out the door right on the nose at closing time, bolted that puppy in, and now it's humming along. You know how car problems can sometimes be a little adventure, and especially at that special time of day when everyone wants to go home, ya know... but Renard really helped me out and made sure I could get home okay, and not be stranded on the side of the road again tonight. He's very knowledgeable and professional and awesome to do business with. Thanks! :D”

“Hey Drivers! So my experience here was good, ladies in receiving very nice and I was literally unloaded in like 13 minutes, but I was couple hours early and no line in front of me. Driveway is one way in, one way out. They do have a lot of dropped trailers in parking lot, but it was still pretty easy to maneuver for me. If ur a newbie, just take ur time, may have to do a 90 maneuver and couple pull ups to dock but nothing too bad ?? depending on what door u get and experience of course. Sorry forgot to take pictures but they got enough on Google maps lol, oh and not really any overnight parking on their property, but there is some room on street in the cul-de-sac area right before the entrance for maybe 3 trucks.
