I departed from this branch approximately 16 minutes ago after attempting a wire transfer. The lady who assisted me was of Mexican descent, dressed in all black attire, and had mid-long, stringy black hair. She informed me that Bank of America does not process wire transfers on weekends, only on weekdays. I found this quite amusing because I had just visited another bank where they confirmed that this information was not true. Perhaps this lady has her own reasons for not wanting to assist the people of this county. It is the responsibility of Bank of America associates to cater to the needs of the public, especially those who are unable to visit during weekdays, and not restrict their services to weekends only. I hope that her actions are thoroughly investigated. The slogan of Bank of America, "Thank you for being a valued customer," seems to be nothing more than empty words.

I went in today to open up a new account. Everyone was very pleasant, and Miss Veronica is the young lady who helped me. She was very thorough very nice and help me even with the app. I have nothing but good things to say, and a very pleasant experience.

Went inside the bank on yesterday to open a business acct. The heat was unbearable. While I was inside of the back waiting to be seen I was sweating. As I was looking around I seen several other people inside the bank were sweating. There were several old model box fans throughout the bank. Bank of America should be ashamed of themselves to be putting there customers through this type of treatment

I did a walk in on Saturday and the one financial advisor was sitting in her office with no customers for about 20 minutes. She was just sitting there not doing a thing and then came out to tell me I need to schedule an appointment I then asked for a same day appointment and was told they only do walk-ins on the day I came. The one rep there does not want to work they minus well shut this location down since they can’t afford to actually help people.

I just love this location. My banker Veronica Becerra is amazing she is patient and very knowledge. I'm a senior citizen and even though I sometimes require things to be explained multiple times, she do it with a smile. She has great customer service. GO SEE VERONICA , you won't be disappointed!!!!

THE WORST BANK OF AMERICA!!! Went to make adeposit and the tellers say they cannot count mycash? I'm confused.. isn't that what banks do? Countmoney?! I have business accounts and personalaccounts and come here on multiple occasions.The staff is terrible. Unfriendly! Not Helpful! & Theydon't do their job!Trust me, save your time and Go to another bank!

Visited inside this location today and they did have a/c on. I can't believe they conduct business like this. Bank of America should be ashamed to have working conditions like this for their employees. I was in here for an hour and it was miserable. I can't imagine spending 8hours here.Cooler outside on a mid May day!!!! I don't understand. Bank of America, please be and do better.

Bank of America in general is just ass. They have a line for "business clients" with a sign, but everyone just gets in a huge line and goes to any window they want to. No idea why they have a line that has a sign for "business clients" if anyone can do whatever they want. About to close my account and go to another bank.

THIS BRANCH IS THE WORSE BRANCH WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO. DO NOT LET THEM HELP YOU. OH WAIT THEY DON'T HELP YOU. BRANCH MANAGER NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB. HOW THEY TREATED MY FRIEND IS DISGUSTING AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED THAT THEY SENT AWAY A 71 YEAR OLD WOMAN WHO ONLY WANTED ACCESS TO HER FUNDS BECAUSE SHE WAS HOMELESS. THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP HER AND BASICALLY SENT HER BACK ONTO THE STREETS AND COLD. THESE PEOPLE ALL NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE SCHOOL. JUST A WARNING.After I wrote this review 5 minutes later my friends account was frozen. I have posted on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter how this the was the 34 year customer with Bank of America was treated. Your bank is the absolute worse.

I just wanted to take the time to rave of my experience here at this branch today. I accompanied my elderly aunt to the branch in order to address fraudulent charges on her account. I noted that we were immediately greeted by an associate named Aisha. Once the issue was discussed another associate named Laurel walked us through what was needed to remedy the problem. While there Aisha and Laurel ensured that my aunts contact info was current so that banking interaction would be easier. My aunt misplaced her ID and both associates showed genuine patience as she searched for it at the branch. Laurel apologized for not having an office to help us in. Although we had to stand my aunt was quickly offered a seat once her identity was verified. It was brought to my attention by Laurel that I could be added as a trusted contact for my aunt. Being that I act as a caregiver for my partially deaf aunt, I really appreciated this valuable information! I can not tell you how often I have had to ask for people to speak louder and repeat themselves when handling personal matters with my Aunt. We were both offered water while everything was updated and taken care of. This was banking customer service done right. Prior to leaving they made sure all matters had been addressed. This even included updating my personal information to my account while there. Kudos to both Aisha Harris and Laurel Flowers. Your professionalism, patience, and assistance was both recognized & appreciated today!

I would give 0 if I could. Second time I have come in attempt to change my name. Both times they said I needed different documentation. First it was only needing my marriage certificate, then told I needed my new ID. Came with new ID and told I need marriage certificate. Terrible customer service.

This is the slowest bank ever. Always one teller and is the only bank that inside is open near west end. Not to mention they only letting like 3 ppl in at a time. Plus have seniors standing for long period of time and outside in the heat. This is crazy and the pandemic shouldn’t be an excuse at this point.
