Charles and the other guy (that changed the battery) went above and beyond to make sure that I was fully knowledgeable of the options I had. They took the time to explain all the details and answer any questions I had. We’ve often times used a plethora of places for basic maintenance on our Turo vehicles but will now only patronize this location for all of our needs. I appreciate the great customer service - it goes a long way.

customer service was a little off. a bit chaotic. a customer was abandoned at the register, later assisted by another cashier. this place could use some structure and organization between stations. besides that, they were cool.

My time at this particular store was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any part store I’ve been to. I paid for a part that wasn’t stock at the time to be delivered to the store.. When I would call to check to see if it arrived they said it hadn’t when I went up there to see what was going on they said someone picked it up but when I placed the order I gave them my number & email so I dont understand how did a person pick up my part WITHOUT a receipt or any identification .. I purchased a catalytic converter and the total ended up being $345 .. The manager had poor customer service skills .. because his response was “ Well, I wasnt here so I don’t know who gave it away and there’s nothing I can do I have a line so if you’re not buying anything get out of line.” I told them all I want is the part that I paid for & didn’t receive I have the receipt & have reached out to corporate but I am still very disheartened by the treatment I received & I purchased a part just like anyone else ..

Car repairs are done all over the parking lot, large oil spots to try to avoid, open panhandlers who won't take your NO answer and follow you to your car door (there more often than not) .... UNSAFE

This location is not far from my home. Everything about this store makes me want to give them 6 star.Customer service is next level wonderful. The workers are attentive and knowledgeable. The Manager is exceptional himself.He is the type of Man who appreciates his team.I bought parts for my VW new beetle and was in and out of this location in less than 20 minutes.When I attempted to drive away...my car did not start.The manager and an associate immediately jump started my car and I was able to return home immediately.

I am a resident of East Point, and I previously have frequented this store because I live 3 blocks away. However, I now travel to other autozone locations as the customer service here is extremely awful. No one is aggressively disrespectful, however, everyone (including management) is very dismissive. Everyone ignores me when I come in, and I have to ask for help several times. When I do finally capture someone's attention, I get a very brief "look in this area" type response. Then the representative immediately leaves, and I am left to fend for myself or use Google. I can't even ask a follow-up question before they walk purposefully away. The last experience was the last for me, so I now try to remember to stop at an Autozone closer to my job.

Staff seemingly was nice but when I needed a part, a rep sent to me to counter to the left & the mechanic shop that referred to me, RoadRunnerz on Central Ave is unfortunately don’t have great business practice!!Price Change over the phone, once his negligence was revealed still demanded more compensation then initial discussed. You don’t want your location to be associated with this shop, so I strongly urged you not continue to send ppl there.
