Never had an issue with Autozone,, but i had an incident with getting the wrong tool for the job, i didn't get a receipt and had to return it,, I met with Tony , i believe he was a manager, if not he should be,, it took some convincing but he was very understanding and made things right,, good to know I'm shopping with a good business establishment, and they will continue getting my hard earned money,,thankyou AutoZone.

It's the first auto zone with a car lot, used cars for sale. Looks like a smoke out on the side of the building , it goes down here. I wonder what else there selling on the low.

Today I went to AutoZone after getting off work. I was tired and genuinely not sure if they'd be able to help me. Manager Tony B. was a complete help and extremely patient. He was kind and worked so hard to educate me about my car. I also got to hear how he interacted with his employees and this company is simply lucky to have him. Thank you Tony and team!

Irvin is one of the most knowledgeable and articulate associates here. He was able to show me my problem from start to finish as well as what I needed first second and third and so on to fix my vehicle. I’ve taken this car to shops different mechanics but Irvin has been the one to make a lot of given my experience with the car. Need to know what’s wrong and what to do? Need a good mechanic? Look for Irvin!! He also graduated in this field.
