I got an oil change at Jumpstart Automotive, and they went above and beyond! Not only did they quickly complete the oil change in under an hour, but they also fixed a tire pressure sensor that a major auto chain couldn't solve. I was able to work comfortably in their waiting room while my car was being serviced. Car maintenance can be inconvenient, but getting quality service for a great cause makes it so much better. I'll definitely be coming back for any future repairs and highly recommend Jumpstart to anyone looking for thorough, reliable work!

Jumpstart Automotive Training Center is the best! Besides the fact that they do such good stuff for the kids (I work with at risk teens and we refer them to their programs all the time), you usually only pay for parts and oil, not labor. I always get my oil changed here and they just came into the waiting room and said- while you are due for an oil change timewise, you still have 1,300 miles before you need it mileage wise and your kind of car is good for up to a year. We will go ahead an do our regular inspection and check your fluid levels free of charge, but as long as you are comfortable with it, we would suggest you save the money and come back when you are closer to the 70,000 mile mark. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

I’ve never had a auto shop communicate with me so well and so often. An amazing level of customer service.
The price was also very reasonable for the work being done.
Plus, they are providing an amazing service for the community??? This is my new go-to shop.

I'd much rather express what they are! FREE. Automotive training center for young men and women in the Atlanta area to learn a trade... LIFE CHANGERS... NEED MORE OCCUPATIONS DOING THIS! Please try their automotive services.. Which does charge a fee!

Made an online reservation using Repairpal and also spoke to a young lady at the center. In the reservations request I stated that my vehicle was experiencing a noise on the top part of the engine. I received a call stating that the noise may be related to the lifters and without even inspecting the vehicle, the caller denied my reservation request. I spoke with the young lady in person and stated it may be a bearing issue. I got it inspected by another mechanic and indeed the pulley on the alternator was bad. Alternator replaced noise gone

Larry goes above and beyond to explain what issues your vehicle has and does a great job at explaining how you to fix those issues in a cost effective manner.I enjoy using the app based system to set appointments, view estimates, approve and/or decline work to be done, etc.Automotive Training Center is an auto mechanic shop done correctly !!

I found ATC thru RepairPal and I have not been disappointed by them ever. Drew is an awesome guy and is always candid about what's needed. He communicates every step of the way. As long as they are in business, I won't take my car anywhere else.

I highly recommend this shop! They are extremely detailed with their online estimate and approval and constant updates. They fixed some pretty large issues quickly and the work is great! I also love that this is a training facility as well, feel like I am giving my money to a useful local business. Can't thank you guys enough.
