I have had the pleasure of experiencing Jihad (APM) as well, he was amazing- he took care of me when Susie was out and it made me feel valued as a future resident. I received a call from the property manager, and I was able to express how much he's team - gave me the "WOW" factor and that speaks to the leadership style he provides to his team. “Moved in about a month ago and could not be more happy with our experience so far.
We had a lot of anomalies at move in from our air conditioning being broken day 1 to parking card not working and most recently our garbage disposal stopped working. First off, they worked tirelessly for 2 days to get our ac unit back up and running while providing us a portable ac unit while we waited for it to be fixed. Card was fixed in no time and disposal was fixed literally within an hour of the ticket being submitted.
Peyton, our leasing agent was great with move in and maintenance staff is very friendly and always seem happy to help!”

“Lots to love - the people and the community can't be beat. Everyone is so nice, there are a ton of legitimately fun events that help you get to know your neighbors. The location is the best in Atlanta, with direct Beltline access and right across from Kroger and PCM. Love the garden with fresh produce and the pool is amazing. Management recently changed up and seems like a big improvement - you can tell the new manager really cares and the maintenance team is so lovely and helpful. I also like the floorplans here over most of the other options in the area.
My only issue (and it's a pretty big one) is that the building was originally constructed really, REALLY cheap. The cabinets are constantly falling apart, the elevators break daily, the appliances are all cheap, the electronic locks on the apartment doors (and the app/service they use to open them) are the cheapest possible, etc. If they'd do some basic upgrades to things like that, it would make me feel a lot better about what we're paying every month to live here.”

“Sorry for the late review but I move in like three weeks ago and all I can say is that I’m very satisfied with my place.When applying they had great customer service and answer the phone when needed if I had any questions. Saire Mathis made it a breeze with everything I needed to know, she was nice and everybody else had welcoming positive energy.Rent is Reasonable you don’t get what you get everywhere else and the area is super clean and nice and it’s close to everything you need.I can see why the price is the way it is, you pay more for nicer things.i just don’t understand why y'all get attacked, But that’s my opinion.Thank you all for accepting into your community I’m very appreciated ????.”

“I love everything about this area. Really nice and quiet. The employee were very accommodating and nice with me. And love how much light there is at night. I absolutely adore my apartment everything was great except not having any hot water from any of my sinks or bathtub when I moved in. Put in a request and maintenance fixed it so quick.My only issue is that I requested for them to not enter without me being there. They fixed the issue while I was out for work and I had no idea till I received a message that my hot water was fixed. I just wished I was called be first before entering.But otherwise great service and love the community”

“Welp, I’m finally out of here and I thought it was fitting to leave a review. I’ve lived out here two different times that spanned over about 9 yrs. Overall from my prospective the apartments a relatively quiet. As far as crime, I think the shootings have subsided over the years but of course there is still crime. I had my car stolen and they do break into cars but that’s happening all over. Any issues I’ve had in the appartment, maintenance responds promptly. I think the office could do a better job as far as everyone being on the same page but overall the team is ok. They keep the apartments well kept and clean. Over all, I would recommend this place for living.”
