Wasn't super fast, but they had a lot of cars to go through. Our arrival time was just not optimal. Staff were nice. The place was clean and had open glass viewing of car work area which I personally like.

My wife and I were in Ellijay for a short vacation when the brakes on her car started to have squeal and make metal on metal noises. First place we went to couldn’t work on our car until Monday, we were leaving Sunday morning. Instead we came to Quick Lane and they got everything repaired. We needed two new rear rotors and brake pads all the way around. Their service department dropped us off so we could make out tour and even offered to pick us up when we finished. About an hour into our tour, they called and gave a quote, which was less than I expected and when we got back to pick up the car, the quote was considerably less than what was quoted over the phone.Over all, a great experience and I highly recommend them for brakes.Service: Brakes

The service was good and the cost was reasonable, but "Quick Lane" was not quick. An hour and a half for an oil change and air filter.

Purchased a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler from them, that seemed great. Drove for less and a week and the issues began. Leaking coolant majorly. Spent $32,000 on a vehicle to turn around have to put a several thousand into. Definitely wouldn't go back for a purchase from there. Highly disappointed as I love shopping locally, but will not return there again.

Fast and quick. Can take a while on the weekends so drop it off or bring a good book.

The check-in counter was slow and the employ was rude. While I realize that it is difficult to have a quality staff since Covid, the manager needs to learn to manage and at least hire someone to answer phones. I'll probably find somewhere else for oil changes and rotations.
