I had one older gentleman go out of his way to help me find what I needed and later a younger man who acted like I was in his way and ignored me. Nice store - but need more people who have people skills and better training.

Don’t buy any doors or windows at Lowe’s . Frankly it should be zero stars. My doors were not installed properly and now are ruined .. 2 months out .Edit …. I have been in contact with Lowes over a month and they have not solved the hideous installation issues

We had to purchase a new refrigerator. Got a super deal, sales associate was extremely knowledgeable. Fridge was delivered in 2 days. Delivery guys were very nice, set up the refrigerator in less than 30 minutes.

This location is by far the best one in the Southeast! Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! A special thanks to Brian who always comes to my aid and goes above and beyond to help me locate things in the store... (as well as manage the lockers when the computers were down). This place ROCKS!!!

The worst customer service. I tried to call to double check on my delivery. It took 10 phone calls to actually speak with someone in the store and when i did she was VERY rude. She said you will get a call on your date of delivery, but I needed to know the date that was it. She was very rude when I told her that was all I needed. Never shopping with Lowe’s again.

Jennifer shouldn’t be working at customer service. She is rude and has a passive aggressive attitude making it more difficult for everyone. She should be doing a different job anyway. Why would you work in that department if you can’t be nice and understanding. It’s called customer service for a reason y’all !!!!

Purchased a refrigerator with delivery scheduled next day on August 4th. Received a call that evening stating a delivery time. Waited 4 hours on the 5th with no call or delivery. Called the store and told had to call delivery company. Was on phone for over a hour and transferred to several people until finally told my refrigerator was not loaded on truck. Told it was rescheduled while I was talking to one of the customer service representatives and no one said anything. Now I have to wait til the 7th foe delivery.Very poor business practice to your customer.

This store is a lot tighter to move around in compared to most. I guess if you want the same selection... The employees were super nice.

Service was great ?..It was nice checking out with a former Army Veteran as the cashier.Her and Glenn, (my husband), of course had a little conversation due to Glenn had on his Marine Veteran shirt.Very happy that Lowe's support our Veterans!!

Just like most places these days employees could be better, it took 3 times asking for help to find what I was looking for. 1st time it was in the person own department and sent to wrong location in store, next person couldn't be bothered at all. 3rd time was a charm.

Aisle are crowded, not by people but with merchandise. Finding assistance is next to impossible even after pushing the button. Waited so long that it quit doing the automatic request over the PA. When I finally caught an employee, they couldn't help because they didn't have the combo to the cage to get to the product. THEY called for assistance and no one came. Finally I called the store number and adked for a manager just as someone finally showed up. 30 minutes waiting for help. AND IT WASN'T EVEN BUSY!

Unbelievably bad customer service. Chris was rude and condescending about a missed delivery of materials as well as a about a delayed countertop installation. The contracts and the estimates they provide mean nothing. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 minutes to Home Depot in Jasper.
