“I absolutely love this location and Mona the instructor and Christie the Owner are so welcoming Everyone is always so nice and encouraging I look forward to the variety of classes and even want to go on Sundays! It was so challenging but very rewarding. My entire body is the most sore I've ever been in my life though However, I have a lot of lingo to learn and definitely need to practice my poses.
