“I have had good experiences at other banks, but this new Chase branch has been incredibly servicing and supportive to my banking needs. I had to open up an estate account following the death of my father, and Ramona and the branch manager and all others I have dealt with have gone out of their way to help me. From on the phone to in person, Ramona is professional and has helped me in an extremely expedited way. There have been times where I have needed help to retrieve records quite quickly. This branch seems to bring on the individual friendly service. Yes, there have been occasions when I have had to wait, when the staff were busy. (If they were enjoying a break as a previous reviewer mention, it is because they needed it. They would never knowingly disregard a customer's time or needs.). So glad Chase opened up in this neighborhood location.”

“Dunwoody Village location provided great service. Love coming here for my business banking. If you are a business owner do not go to the location near Jett Ferry. The staff is much more focused on talking to friends and not helping customers”

“A couple of weeks ago I was at Ameris in Dunwoody. It was a great experience. I sat down in the lobby to wait to speak to someone. I was in the chair for about 2 seconds before Bill came out of his office to ask If he could help me. He helped me in a matter of minutes. I appreciated his time so much. Thank You Bill!”
