The manager was so rude and dismissive. I was careful to get in line behind the customer she was waiting on. I just wanted to ask a question and she accused me of trying to skip him in line. Even after I explained that it was no problem and moved even further back, she still had an awful attitude. No wonder this store continues to get bad ratings.

If I can give zero stars I would!! I don't understand why they have a drive thru window if no one is manning it!!!!!!!!!! It shouldn't take over 20 minutes to just pick up a prescription!! If you don't have people to work the drive thru, just close it!!!!!!! I used up 1/4 tank of gas waiting and then I just gave up. This walgreens has to be the most incompetent location.

I called to see if I could have my husband’s prescriptions filled sooner than the 4 hour time they gave me online. The rep was like “there are like 50 people ahead of you.” She never asked who I was or what medicine I was talking about. I had called them in an hour earlier and was just checking. Then she put me on hold for a while so eventually I hung up. Usually I’m on hold forever so I wasn’t about to be on hold twice in one call. Terrible, terrible customer service. This is by far the worst Walgreens on the planet.

Fill your prescriptions at this pharmacy if you have LOTS of time to sit around waiting. It's ridiculous how long the drive through window line and line at the inside counter are. Who has that kind of time to sit around waiting.

I highly recommend filling your prescriptions ANYWHERE but here! I spoke with a pharmacist early this morning that was supposed to call me today that not only never called but when I called at night nothing was ever done with my prescription and no notes were left for the staff. I was on hold for over an hour with nobody to return back to me. I finally hung up and called another pharmacy to take care of my situtaion which they did immediately AND advised they too have heard bad stories about this particular pharmacy. Believe the reviews - this place is awful with rude employees.

I don't really have anything bad to say about this location. I like the location. It's near a lot of shopping and in a safe area. They are just a very busy location. If you go for the pharmacy just plan to work in a good amount of wait time. I think it just comes with the territory and nature of the business when it comes to the pharmacy unfortunately. I received my booster vaccine here and the pharmacist was really nice. The pharmacy staff was nice here also.

The pharmacist, Stacy. Hung up the phone while I was asking questions for options to fill my prescription. And while speaking with him, he said I could go to Kroger or Publix, but he would not help me. I live 6 miles from the pharmacy. He said that was too far for me to pick up my prescription, even though he has it in stock. He claims he only serves his community. Nevertheless, you can read other comments that how big of a jerk he is.

This young lady made me wait 30 m to not even finish to take care of my two pictures I ordered. She started with it. Then she leaves and does other things around the store. She is personales unprofessional and careless attitude

I do not recommend ordering photos to Walgreens. Pickup takes 30+ minutes, and they rarely have them ready on time. They occasionally mischarge and will up charge for the photos on accident. Go to CVS instead. It is equidistant and more efficient in-store.

Your staff in the pharmacy submitted my prescription to the wrong Walgreens and then when I drove back to pick it up 30min out of my way, their system was down and they couldn’t fill it. They gave me my prescription back and I took it to another pharmacy where I had to pay full price because it was still shown as being filled in their system so my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Terrible staff on the front and back end and you should be ashamed to have them working for you.
