We took our car to Wade Auto Repair in Dunwoody.
It was making a loud noise when going forward.
1) they misdiagnosed the problem & said it was probably a faulty front differential.
2) they said that it wasn’t safe to drive & it should be towed.
We took the car to Honda Tech in Duluth
They diagnosed & fixed the problem in 10 minutes.
It was a bent metal strap underneath the car.
I won’t use Wade in the future.

Wade Automotive is Amazing! I get my Mini Cooper serviced here. Their customer service is top notch! It’s so much easier than going to the dealership. In and Out with no problems!

Nicest folks I've worked with, especially Chris, who I spoke with most. Exceptional prices compared to other garages I've been to. They worked quickly to resolve my AC problem for my VW and are very receptive to any questions.

Has become my go to shop. They give you a good number of options and work with you to save money. They do great work. Our family has older Toyotas and Hondas, Chris at Wade understands what we need.

TRUST. I trust Wade Automotive. Chris and his team are my new go-to. After help with a basic oil change on my first visit, I came back a few months later for help with a funky smell in my Audi. I just couldn’t address it on my own. We couldn’t find the source.
Chris smiled, told me to leave the keys and informed me that he and his team love a challenge.
Flash forward a week. Pickup. They refused to accept payment for the hours of time they spent looking into the issue because they couldn’t identify the source of the smell. They also wouldn’t accept payment for the filter they replaced.
While they couldn’t find the source of the smell, they advised to get a full detail to rule out spilled milk or food from kids left over time. Did that with my detail guy and so far, so good.
The point of this post is trust. It’s rare to find. And I found it. I’ll be back.
Thanks Chris and team. You went above and beyond and earned my family’s business.

Chris was great to work with. He and his team were always polite and accommodating. I felt like he was always working to give me the best deal possible and really listened to my concerns. My car issue was resolved for a way lower price than I was quoted at Firestone!
I would absolutely bring my car back here and recommend others do the same.

Not very friendly at all! I was expecting friendlier service based on the reviews. I was met with resistance from the start. The mechanic stood flatfooted for 5 minutes insisting that I did not call to make an appointment for my car. He argued that he answers all the calls and never spoke with me.
I knew then my car would not be serviced at his shop. The other mechanic came out and confirmed that an appointment was indeed made. Unsurprisingly, I get a call a day later that he couldn't find parts to repair my vehicle. I took it to another mechanic and difficulty finding parts never came up.
Nevertheless, I am grateful that my car and my hard earned money goes to someone who wants to do the job.

This place is for the girlies!!! I’ve never had such a positive experience with a mechanic. I was nervous coming here since I know 0 about cars but they were so informative and kind!! They gave me honest and quick service and I will definitely come for any future work on my car. Highly recommend if you need fast genuine service. Shoutout to Chris!!!!!! Thanks y’all ???

A few years ago I had really bad car problems and every car repair place I took it to, I would come out with $100-$700 car bill... But I still would have the same car issues. I called Jennifer up and made an appt. She was very nice and knowledgable about cars. Shane worked on my car for a few hours and was upfront and honest. My bill was $21! You could tell the employees love what they do and make the best of things...My floor mats were even vacuumed out when I got my car back!! It's nice to find a place that goes above and beyond.
