I run a small business, so speedy delivery is VERY important to me. I came in with two pre-labeled packages and asked where I needed to go for drop-offs. The man at the counter told me to sit the items on the counter because there was a line and he would get them. I happily did that, grateful to avoid the long line and left trusting they would be taken care of. A WEEK LATER, the shipping labels STILL HAVE NOT BEEN SCANNED!!! My customers are looking for their packages and I have NO information for them, so I went back to the location for answers. While standing in the back of the long line, someone asked if there was anyone for “drop-offs”, so I said “I dropped two packages off last week, but my customer hasn’t received them, and I don’t see any scanning information on my app to track the packages. “ The man responded “well, you didn’t ask for immediate scan, so the packages are on the way, they just haven’t been scanned yet.” When I repeated that it’s been a week (only going to charlotte, nc), he repeated “they’re in the way “. Now I have to replace the order (costing ME more money) and ship them out again. I will NOT using this location again. Save yourself the stress.

Zero stars if i could. I should’ve got his name but the black dude with the lil facial hair at the front was VERY rude first thing in the morning. I was the first customer and he was being very dismissive to my questions about returning a package and proceeds to call other people around me. I taped my package and sat it next to him and he demanded that i needed to hand him the package. I asked him was he having a good morning and his response Is “im just not giving you any emotion”. VERY VERY VERY RUDE & poor customer service. When the terrible transaction was done he slammed my receipt on the counter and proceeded to move on and call the next customer. A man with a nasty attitude should not be working up front with people. If you’re miserable get a new job.

I wanted to send some large flat photo mailers international. I first went to the Briarcliff post office, where the clerk said they could not process international for some reason, and then told me that each packet required a customs form. So I took the forms and filled them out at home. The next day, I headed to the Chamblee post office, where I was told that they could not process international mail at their facility as their machines were down temporarily due to paperwork issues. The clerk recommended I go to the Dunwoody post office. When I went to the Dunwoody post office, the clerk questioned why I wasn't able to mail international at either facility, and said I didn't need a customs form for large envelopes that were less than 3/4 inches thick, and even showed me his screen with the instructions. There was no special machine to process international. He just used the same scale and program as for domestic. He processed my mailers at a letter rate which was much cheaper than the parcel rate that the Briarcliff clerk said I needed. I was in and out of the Dunwoody post office in a matter of minutes. I appreciate getting the quick efficient and accurate service that the other two post offices did not provide. For the record, the Briarcliff post office has not mailed international for me for at least two years that I recall. Guess I am driving to Dunwoody for this special service from now on.

Once again-NO SERVICE! Employee refused to assist me with my mailing because I was still waiting in line after closing time! Kiosk doesn’t work for self service. Employee says it will be unavailable for weeks! Hire some qualified workers!!! I will be using UPS.

Every time I go to this location the staff is helpful despite the long lines and various negative/rude attitudes of some of the impatient patrons. Today was no exception! Since there was no line at the time I was there, the clerk (Karen) graciously offered to help me put the stamps on the 100 pieces I was mailing! She didn’t have to but I was so glad she did!

Drop box is taped closed. Closes down at inconsistent, random hours during the middle of the day and long lines when they are open. Kind employees and good location are the only pros.

I went to this location today to mail a package to my Mother and the line was all the way back to the door where you enter and it was only 1 Man taking care of everything and I will give him 5 Stars because he was handling it like a Champ His name on his shirt said "Jones". What I don't understand is why He has to work and try to do everything by himself at this location and though the odds were clearly against him, He just stayed focused and was very nice to me when I got up to the counter. I give this location 2 stars, because I feel like someone should know better than this, this is too much for 1 Employee to handle, He needs Help, Courteous Help that is like himself, He was swamped and was nice to every person he saw at that counter. USPS, Shame on You.

I would rate this place a 0. Useless! So silly to say that you don’t tape the box. Ok you dont tape it and there is a way to say it you idiots. Its so silly that a shipping entity doesn’t tape a package. We wait in line for so long to hear this? That too in the most disgusting and disrespectful way? Get a life you lazy bugs.

Outdated PO with no self service machines and only ever have 1 person working. Needless to say there is almost always a very long slow line. And even tho there are 2 clerks employed they never work at the same time. Closed for an hour everyday. I hate coming here but it’s the closest PO. At least the clerks know what they’re doing.

Ty Jones is one the rudest people I’ve ever met and he’s rude for no reason. I feel as though he hates his job! He doesn’t need a job interacting with people, he has zero customer focus. Plus he closes this office early on many occasions.

A man working with the name of Jones on his name tag was unprofessional, inpatient, and condescending when I asked simple questions. I was shocked by how rude he was to me and I asked him politely to not speak to me that way. He told me to “keep it moving”. I won’t be returning to this location.

I’m not sure why but every employee at this location are rude like they hate their job. Dang get another one if that’s the case. Customer service is horrible! No friend welcome or thank you even if you say it just who’s next.

Ask for intercept my express mail. They rejected. I call customer service,it does not work. And an agent contacted me until the mail was picked up. bad service and feedback system.
