Came into this location because I think it’s honestly the best one in Atlanta, and sure enough, I got the best service by Kayla. I needed a date night fit to casually flex on my ex who I was meeting for dinner and my girl came through for me. Helped me cultivate the perfect vibe and was so supportive throughout the experience. Urban outfitters has the absolute latest trends. I love shopping through the store physically as well as online. The girls always have such dope vibes and the atmosphere is clean, visually appeasing and an enjoyable fitting room experience with no long line and someone always near to assist. The prices are $$ but online can be $, either way the in person experience is what I ever go to Dunwoody mall for. I dropped shopping at Zara and Akira for this store.

Tell your security to check their racism. My friend and I, two black people, got followed outside of the store and back into the mall! Made the both of us feel extremely uncomfortable. Stop treating your shoppers like this and do better.

Check your freakin security. My friend and I are both black and we walked out of the store because we didn't see anything we wanted however, your security guard proceeded to then follow us outside and back into the mall for what exactly? What need did we have to steal? Stop profiling your customers and then gaslighting us when we question you. NEVER coming back here again. We felt so uncomfortable. It's extremely sad that your security guard judged us by the color of our skin and berated us outside of the store.

My daughter likes to shop here. The staff is friendly, and the dressing rooms are well taken care of. Prices can get expensive.
