The front desk clerk at this location was pretty rude to me when I was confused about dropping off an Amazon return. I didn't realize I needed a box for the return because I had multiple returns and some of them didn't require a box. Although he was correct and I did need a box for this particular one, he was just generally kind of mean to me about it and made me feel pretty stupid.
I get that they probably have to deal with rude people all day, but it wouldn't kill them to be kind or understanding when a customer makes a simple mistake. Even though this is the most convenient location to where I live, I probably won't be coming here again.

I called them to ask if they provide a service and they said yes we do. Drove up there 10 minutes later walked in the door with my package to send and they said no I’m sorry we don’t do that. This is exactly why I called first and asked, but apparently they lied to you over the phone to get you to walk in the door.

The new owner is incompetent. I paid a very high premium for 2 day shipping to California. In 2 days it made it to.....Roswell GA. I brought this to the attention of one of the owners, and instead of an apology I was met with attitude and rudeness. The owners then attempted to submit a claim to UPS but they couldn't figure out how to do it. Which leaves me out of luck. Stay away.

This location has really gone downhill with new owner. He wants to charge you ridiculous amounts to print a label you email him. He also wants to charge you to tape up a box. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to PostNet. More reasonable and friendlier.

This store is the worst. Always a long line. Coming here is worse than death. They should really figure out a way to streamline Amazon returns. I bet you 1 teller can run 2 computers at once.

Would give this location and its new franchise owner a 0 rating if I could. They tried to tell me it's $3 PER PAGE. To print black and white. Won't be going there ever again

I lost two brand new laptops from this store that too with guaranteed 2 days delivery. UPS customer care says they were never on truck and this store guys says we don't have at store. In all this I lost $2500 worth of laptops and neither UPS nor this store wants to take the responsibility of the lost items. Now you can decide how good UPS and their stores are when it comes to customer items.After 2 months of follow ups and more than 20 calls to various departments of UPS i just got &164 and $194 as lost item refund. BTW this store's phone never work.
Update: After I emailed to UPS after their response to this post, It is been more than 2 weeks now, still no communication from them.

Still haven’t received closure on my claim where an UPS associate walked off with my package worth $400+. Getting 0 support from this store or UPS corporate. Stay clear!

One star because I can’t give them zero. Store has a theft problem. I dropped a watch ($750 value) off at a P.O. Box at this store for repair and it was stolen by a ups employee, I’ve been in contact with corporate and have an open case number and the store to date has still refused to refund me.

I’ve had a similar experience as others. I shipped a holiday gift from this location over six weeks ago. It never left the store and even though I insured the shipment, this is still unresolved. Is anyone from corporate monitoring this location? The staff and their customers need help.

They’re still struggling to be able to open on time at 9 so don’t plan on it if you need to stop by early. You may even see employees inside that are for some reason unable to open the store.

The store is supposed to open at 9am. Later than any other UPS store in the area. And guess what? They are late. I Sat under their door until 9.15am on Monday. No luck. I will take my business elsewhere.

Store never opens on time more than 16 minutes past 9 and everyone always waiting. Unacceptable
