I visit this store last month I was on vacation from NJ. I need a suitcase because the airlines broke my other one. Let me tell you I wish the TJ Max that close to my home was anything like this store. It had everything I went in for a suitcase which I found, London Fog brand, The store is clean have beautiful things and is well organize .

Store is below average in terms of assortment of items, but clean and organized.
Went Sunday evening. Only 2 registers open (1 for returns) so long line, waiting to pay was outrageous. Do not recommend

I love coming here…I spend way too much money because everything is great. Some TJ Maxx locations looked picked over without great finds, but here I always find great facial and body care items. When I’m in the area I always visit to see what other great finds I can get.

I've been in here several times but this time I go to the jewelry department and I wait and I wait and I wait. I never got service even though the cashier looked at me several times but never spoken. Im a old employee of t.j.maxx and I know that's not acceptable.Bad experience and there was another woman there and she said the same. You guys have to pay more attention to your customers.

Always a huge wait line, and never enough cashiers. Prepare to wait 20-40 minutes to check out. Do not go here on your lunch break.

Purchased earrings from the Roswell store, the clasp would close but it wouldn’t secure and hold in place. Went to the Perimeter location to return and purchase a different pair that clasped. $12 earrings and the manager on duty said that I had to go back to Roswell to return them since I bought them damaged. Absolutely unacceptable for a large chain to make customers travel to do returns, never heard of that before in my life. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience.
