Workers are unaware of vaccine records even though they were emailed. They don’t knowwhat is required for each dog of each age. That’s quite concerning and we will not be bringing our dog back here. Very unorganized and Unknowledgeable

Soren did such an amazing job grooming my dog! They gave me exactly what I asked for and were so fast! Everyone in the grooming center was friendly and professional. We had a great experience here and will be coming back whenever we need a bath or a trim.One small note for others – they do require a copy of your pet's vaccine records. They didn't mention this when I called to schedule which would have been helpful, but fortunately I thought to call back and ask before showing up for my appointment.

We took our dogs in for grooming today. The gentleman in the front office I spoke to was so helpful and accommodating to get us set up for our first visit. The dogs are now fresh, clean and have cute bandanas. Also, they let our dogs stay for a few hours extra so we could get some things done before picking them up. Communication was easy and we even got a picture via text of the dogs after their bath and they looked fantastic. Very clean facilities and lovely staff. We will be back for boarding and daycare!

The staff is wonderful for grooming! My dog Lady has been multiple times for full grooming and they treat her so well. Couldn’t ask for better groomers!

Crystal is the BEST!!! She suggested a SERIOUS puppy trim and did an AMAZING job! Maguy is a bit miffed with me for putting her thru it but she looks great and is definitely more comfortable!?

Our pup seemed to enjoy her experience. The hours are very handy for picking up and dropping off for boarding, which is one of the main reasons we chose this establishment. I'm looking forward to when cameras will be available so we can check and see how much fun she's having. Thank you!

My Cavapoo puppy had a mini groom, they knew since she’s so young can’t cut top of body. But made huge difference shaping paws, face, back side & ears. They were wonderful & so sweet to my baby Coco Bella!!! I’ll be having her groomed there going forward. Thank you groomers!!!

ATL Pet Resorts is a great place to take your pup because of the phenomenal team that works there. Victoria & Patty are *AMAZING* and will quite literally sacrifice themselves for your dog. Plus they do adorable camps that include photo shoots! Take your puppies (and cats) here!

This was the first time we have ever used a doggy day care service for our dog Louie. And we can say without a doubt the staff was great, friendly. The showed so much attention and love you our dog. We will most certainly be going back.

I’ve been taking my Golden, Monroe, for a long time to get groomed by Caitlin who always gives her a great bath and a clip. For whatever reason, Monroe just didn’t want to go this last time. I explained it to Caitlin when I dropped Monroe off. When I went back to pick Monroe up, her tail was wagging and she was literally smiling and jumping up and down. Caitlin went that extra mile for Monroe to feel comfortable and it showed. That meant more to me than I can say! Thank you, Caitlin!❤️
