Our sales associate, Chris, was beyond fabulous! I value an individual who educates me on a purchase instead of pushing me to make one. I worked with him a year ago but finally decided to make the plunge! Fabulous customer service and looking forward to my new bed.

I dropped in here to pick up an item and the service I received was great. Very friendly staff, pleasant. My only complaint is that the company requires that they create a profile for you, even if you’re not buying a mattress. It prolongs the time in store and I prefer not to give personal info anyways.

Bought the iLE bed. Christine was a joy to work with, very informative, and knowledgeable. Have yet to receive our bed, but so far would definitely recommend sleep number, will repost once have slept on it a few nights.

This is the biggest scam ever. The beds are not comfortable. They sell the mechanism to raise and lower bed for thousands of dollars. They tell you you have 100 days to return the bed. However they neglect to tell you the box spring with the mechanical mechanism is not returnable . So you are stuck with the mechanism that rattles everytime you move. You can’t use with a spring fed mattress. A normal box spring would cost hundreds. Who would spend thousands of dollars for a useless box spring? Especially if you knew it was not returnable? No one and that’s exactly why they neglect to give you that information. Try calling customer service they never call back. Sit on the phone for 1hr 22 mins before anyone answers and then they forward your call to another department. That department ask you to leave a message but never calls back. Funny how they will take a mattress back that you sleep and sweat on for 100 days but refuse to take back a box spring for thousands of dollars. Your body isn’t close to the box spring. So why won’t they take it back....SCAM!!! This how sleep number makes their money and stays in business. STAY AWAY from these scam artist!!!

I have a spinal cord injury with a high risk of skin breakdown so I need a mattress with proven pressure release. KK set me up on the demo bed with the big screen above and the computer to my right. She then proceeded to help me find my number while I watched the pressure disappear on the screen. What a dream!
