I showed up this evening at 6:30 right when they close and was desperate to get something printed last minute, and Nasan helped me without question to get all of my papers printed even after closing. “I would like to add another 5-star review for Jay's and Namita's UPS store on Douglas Rd in Alpharetta. They were able to take a 2'x3' wall poster that I bought on a vacation and turn it into a 3-panel, continuous view canvas wall hanging. They were very patient to let me tinker with the color shading and size, and the final product looks perfect. I didn't know that some UPS stores even have this capability until I saw some samples in their store. There seems to be so much more that they can do besides mailing packages and accepting Amazon returns. Great, friendly and skilled service.”

“I just moved to the area and there are 2 other stores near me. One charged for tape and the other offers no help when they see me struggling with large or heavy boxes as a women. On my first visit to this location I heard help for me being called as a struggled with a big box and they are always staffed enough that the line moves fast! I’ve never gotten an attitude from anyone there about tape or anything else. I drive a little bit further for them because of AMAZING and speedy customer service!”

“I've been here twice and will be coming here for my shipping needs in the future! I had my finger prints done here for my new job and the procedure was painless (besides one of my pinky fingers refusing to be scanned properly...) and the employee was so polite. My finger prints went through just fine for my background check! I also shipped something back to my previous job and the manager who took care of me, Nicole, was so friendly and professional. I often get overwhelmed at UPS and FedEx (always super busy, confusing directions/questions, etc.) but always feel comfortable and taken care of at PostNet.”

“5 stars for Parkaire UPS store and here’s why: I’m a single mother with an infant so traveling to do errands is hard enough because I have to set up the stroller etc just to drop off an Amazon return let alone risk crying. Parents understand. So when I get around to drop off my return I first went to UPS store closest to me which is the East Cobb one on Johnson Ferry Rd by Chic-fil-A. It was extremely frustrating to be told by the one working employee there that Amazon return systems are down. He tried three separate scanner guns on my return, one from each register, but none would read the Amazon QR code provided and he said it’s been like that all day. So I had to leave, drive around to another ups store or contact Amazon to change my QR code to another return liaison. Hassle. Like I don’t have other things I need to do.So... I packed up the stroller, put baby backI’m his car seat carefully so not to wake him from his nap, and put the package back in the car then went to this UPS store on Lower Roswell by Kroger. When I told the UPS employee how Johnson Ferry/East Cobb store scanners apparently aren’t picking up Amazon barcodes for a return he literally laughed out loud and then said to me “that’s impossible. Somebody is lying to you.” He successfully scanned my Amazon return the first try and took the package. I think I’ll be using this UPS store from now on even though it’s a bit further, I can trust that this store has competent nonjudgmental employees who won’t make simple business dealing awkward. I’m still not sure what that other places employees problem was. It was just a simple Amazon return neatly packed in it’s original packaging the size of a shoe box being dropped off by a mom with a sleeping baby in a stroller.”
