Lesson learned: don't ever go to shell to get gas because they will damage your car! This is the worst gas station chain ever. Please do not go there!

I called and asked if they had free air for tires. I was told they did! When I arrived maybe thirty minutes later I was told they had no free air and there was no apology!!! I won't be going back there!

Fraud going on at this gas station tried to take -$200 off my credit card on 1/20 and I just caught the pending charge today.Sir/ma’am I have been buying gas from here for the past 6 months and have NEVER had a pending charge for -$200.

The omissions at this Shell station offers a good price, however, they are never open! Stopped by at all times of day and there is always a sign saying they will return at 9 AM.

This station is not clean. The employees are not cleaning and sanitizing. The grounds outside of the station are dirty. There is trash everywhere. The employees are not friendly and exhibit poor customer service. They are unfriendly and rude to paying customers. The trash cans outside are all overflowing; even the large one. This gas station does not look like the type of place you would want to stop for anything; especially alone. They are located right next to a McDonald's restaurant and an apartment complex. They are also right off the highway. If you don't have to stop here for anything, don't. Your money is better spent at a place that is safer and that has polite employees that appreciate your business. I watched an employee harass a woman whose car had stopped working at the pump. She explained that a tow truck was on the way, but he kept asking how long and saying she was impeding business. There were NO cars at ANY of the pumps except mine and hers. He was rude and insensitive. I will not ever patronize this establishment again.

Last time I'm getting gas at a shell ever. I refuse to be force to watch adds before I spend money. If I'm getting something free that would be fine. But having to watch adds before pumping gas is a no go.
