During a recent visit to Ross, I encountered an issue with the billing of glassware that I purchased. The bill indicated a set of four items, but I was provided with only two. Upon addressing this discrepancy with the cashier, I was met with a response that I found to be discourteous. Despite my efforts to explain the situation, the cashier’s reaction was dismissive, stating a lack of understanding.
It was only after another staff member intervened that I was informed of a possible error in the billing system. This experience left me with concerns about the accuracy of Ross’s billing practices and the professionalism of the staff. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve customer service and ensure that such issues are promptly and respectfully resolved.
I returned all the items I bought....

Jekisha is extremely rude and needs immediate training before she causes a unfortunate incident at the location. And her demeanor shows management doesn't do their job rectifying these type of employees. While checking out I was told I had to remove my hangers; I usually do it just to help cashiers out anyways but this time it wasn't a choice. As I was removing a hanger she just looked while other clothes set on the counter I asked so you aren't going to take any off you want me to them all? She said she "only rings up the clothes" ok so just bag the hangers and then she preceded with she wasn't able to do that. Basically Jenisha wanted me to do her. Literally wouldn't remove one hanger. I picked up my things and went to another cashier Joi who was very pleasant after the first experience. I inquired was it store policy that associates arent able to remove hangers when checking out and of course the answer was no. I never have experienced being forced to remove my own hangers with no help of the employee. Just listen to how that sounds completely ubsurd. It's almost unbelievable but Jenisha at this location surely thinks it's ok.

I got poked by a barb sticking out of a sheet set. Was visibly bleeding, still had to wait in line. Cashier rang my purchase. I said no, I'm here for antiseptic and a band aide. It took forever. I feel bad for the workers, they don't even have a first aid kit. I asked that she put the sheet set aside, so no one else would get hurt. Also it was a bio hazard. Ross, you will be hearing from me.

This stop can us a face lift. Racks are bare and always looks as if it's going out of business. This is a busy area so please give it some TLC.

This particular Ross Department store merchandise is very serendipitous. I mean, every time I venture into this establishment, I find things that I'm not even looking for. One kaviot, though, you have to pull the trigger on purchasing your great finding immediately because if you don't, then 9 out 10 times those items won't be there again. GREAT STORE, and it's always clean, too!

Best place to go to buy good clothes for affordable prices. I have got all my clothes this year from Ross. They have good collections and they usually restock in a week. Do try before buying as sometimes the size may vary. They also have home decor and other household items. Do visit once and see for yourself.
