They always rather lock up early and go home instead of helping out. Multiple times this store has kicked customers out before closing time so they can leave early. It was one hour before closing and my daughter and j returned a dress that didn't fit her and we quickly found a different one and I asked which dressing rooms were open and the lady said nope none are because we are about to close in an hour. I understand these places are hard to work at but I've witnessed every other Ross manage time perfectly and actually have correct size clothes on the correct hangers.

Now I see why the parking lot was empty. The customer service is horrible. The lady at the counter did not greet me. She just proceeded to tell me what register she was on. I will not be back. This is not the first time I have seen how rude the guest service representatives are at this location.

been stopping by the Perimeter Center Ross since 2012 & I can’t figure out why this location is ALWAYS understaffed. The line goes to the back of the store & I’m shocked if there’s ever more than one cashier. The store is always dirty & disheveled. I feel so bad for the one cashier tasked with ringing up everyone. I love Ross but this needs to change.

“Terrible Experience”
I had a horrible experience at this Ross location. The staff were unhelpful, and I had to wait forever for someone to assist me. The store was disorganized, with items scattered everywhere, making it impossible to find anything. To top it off, the prices at the register didn’t match the tags on the shelves, and the manager refused to honor the marked price. The lines were almost to the back of the store. I won’t be coming back.

I visited this location just to get decorations for Christmas. The deals were amazing for the most part but the customer service was absolutely horrid. The lady at the register had sarcastic but passive aggressive and rude comments to say when we were just trying to get a deal on a broken item with no price tag. Then when she proceeded to give us a measly 15% discount and comment that “oh you’re not gonna get more from me.” We didn’t push the subject at all so the comment was unnecessary we simply came to get a price on a product that didn’t have one and was broken (the antlers on the dear we missing and one leg was moving though it was a statue.) Then she proceeded to make another comment while I was helping her bag and said “I’m just being nice you know even though you didn’t get the reindeers.” This lady was wearing a MK shirt, not sure what her name was but this is not proper customer service I would expect from a store of any kind. I don’t care if I’m spending thousands or $20 it is a basic right for everyone to be treated with respect no matter your current situation or experiences. I then went back 5 minutes later to return everything luckily to a different person who worked in the store with a cross necklace (extremely nice and excellent customer service) because I don’t buy products from a store that hires people who lack customer service skills.

Young Employee with nose ring opened the fitting room door while I was changing in it and didn’t even apologize just said we’re closing in 10 minutes!!
