Allstate it wasn’t on my side. I have been insured more than two years on this location no ticket no accident. It was good agent on that location before on March 29. My car was parked on My Job Pl., Hertz car rental Is hit and run the sandy springs police found him, they put him in jail I report I have accident. The new agent he did not look my police report. He don’t want to pay for my accident or he don’t want to claim The third party car insurance, the blame me I didn’t pay on time no matter what they should pay me or repair my car and request hertz car rental insurance instead of this they cancel coverage insurance and a refund my money, the new agent or owner of that location, it wasn’t good customer service anyway hertz rental car insurance they pay for my accident they repair my car
This location Allstate agent is not a good service. He’s not following the rules bad customer service. I don’t recommend it that location.
